“We love our mirror, bought online in the sale. It fits the description perfectly! Thanks for putting up accurate dimensions and weights, I was worried it might pull the wall but it?s perfect. However the notification service you offer is misleading as it emails you to say in stick, but that just means in the warehouse not in store! Just a small point that could be amended.”

“Upon unwrapping my picture I was a little disappointed to see finger prints and smudges on its surface The use of cotton gloves while handling the glossy print would have been advisable Otherwise over the moon with my beautiful Blue Parrot”

“We have not yet received our item so cannot comment on that however, I can speak about my shopping experience. On that front I can say the website was easy to use and communication has been swift & efficient. What was not so pleasurable however was the extortionate delivery/ service costs. We purchased an item which cost ?600 and the delivery charge was ?60!! Furthermore, the website states that they charge an additional ?100 if you want the item unpacked and the packaging taken away. As a consumer I have no say on what a manufacturer or retailer packs their goods in but I am then apparently also expected, after already spending ?660 (cost of item and delivery) to pay more to get them to dispose of whatever packaging this might be. Now I understand that there are costs involved regarding delivery etc and am happy to pay them however, to be so blatantly over charging/ marking this up especially when you are spending large sums of money already is, in my opinion, disgraceful. You clearly have a business model that is made to think about only of one thing - pure profit at every opportunity. Updated - we have now received our item and it is a beautiful peace of furniture. The delivery men were polite & efficient and it arrived when they said it would. I still however stand by comments regarding the delivery costs. We purchased a sideboard/ bedroom chest of drawers which is already fully assembled. Also, it had absolutely no packaging on it what so ever and was taken out of the van ?naked?. So, I have paid ?60 just for delivery. To put it in perspective, we also purchased a bed for ?595 from another supplier. This was delivered and fully assembled on site with packaging disposed of for ?25. A stark comparison and evidence of the ridiculous mark up put on the delivery here.”

“Ordered some lovely new dining chairs and received a message to contact the team to arrange a delivery. There was an automated message that informed me calls were busy and I might be in for a wait. I was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered within a few minutes and they even apologised for the wait! The call handler was very pleasant and scheduled in my delivery, informing me of social distancing measures that were in place so I knew what to expect. Everything went exactly as expected, I got a message to say when my delivery window would be and call when they were in the way. The delivery team were professional and friendly and the items arrived in perfect condition. My only small niggle would be that once the delivery was scheduled an additional item appeared on the delivery confirmation and I had no idea what it was or whether I would be charged for it. This additional item did not appear with my delivery so I assume it was some sort of error but did lead to a lot of confusion.”

“Coat rack was a little scratched on arrival. Diappointed that the fitting screws weren't included as finding "attractive" screws were problematic and could have detracted from the whole aesthetic appeal. But we did find some and generally pleased with the product.”

“Product price, quality and design etc are 5 stars.... love them. Delivery and service around the delivery 3 stars.... hence combined 4 star rating. I only received 2 of the 3 bar stools. Phoned to ask why and was told the other bar stool was coming from a different location/warehouse.... I shouldn't of had to phone and ask this.... it should have been made clear to me as whilst not an issue, the lack if communication meant addtional effort from my behalf.”

“The Sideboard was as I expected. The delivery was not. It was not clear from the original website listing that this piece arrives in 2 pieces. The delivery crew certainly weren?t aware and I had to chase them down the road to retrieve the stone top which it was clear was missing once I?d unboxed the huge sideboard - the delivery crew insisted they ?weren?t allowed to?. The stone top comes packed in a heavy wooden crate and I had to enlist the (paid) help of a local removal firm to help me unscrew the giant crate and lift the heavy stone stop into position. All in all, a disappointing experience. Be aware if you live alone (even if you are healthy and strong like me) you will need help to unscrew the large heavy wooden crate to get to the stone top and an extra pair of hands or two to lift it. The delivery crew of two strong men do nothing more than dump it in your home.”

“On the whole very easy to deal with, good value, honest pricing and quick service. Delivery was a bit over enthusiastic resulting in some minor damage however B&S responded very well and we were happy with the outcome. A bit more care in the assembly instructions would have been helpful, eg the lining up of the various holes for bolts is imperfect and so is helpful to not fully tighten at each stage to allow a bit of movement.”

“Bought the Melina chair and pleased with the quality, looks, and comfort. The website was easy to use and was able to collect from my local branch (so no delivery charge ) collection simple and safe during lockdown. Would recommend.”
