Ordered some lovely new dining chairs and received a message to contact the team to arrange a delivery. There was an automated message that informed me calls were busy and I might be in for a wait. I was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered within a few minutes and they even apologised for the wait! The call handler was very pleasant and scheduled in my delivery, informing me of social distancing measures that were in place so I knew what to expect. Everything went exactly as expected, I got a message to say when my delivery window would be and call when they were in the way. The delivery team were professional and friendly and the items arrived in perfect condition. My only small niggle would be that once the delivery was scheduled an additional item appeared on the delivery confirmation and I had no idea what it was or whether I would be charged for it. This additional item did not appear with my delivery so I assume it was some sort of error but did lead to a lot of confusion.
