Product price, quality and design etc are 5 stars.... love them. Delivery and service around the delivery 3 stars.... hence combined 4 star rating. I only received 2 of the 3 bar stools. Phoned to ask why and was told the other bar stool was coming from a different location/warehouse.... I shouldn't of had to phone and ask this.... it should have been made clear to me as whilst not an issue, the lack if communication meant addtional effort from my behalf.
