“Ballantynes were a pleasure to to business with. I spoke directly to the company owners when I needed two engraved glass tankards within a week and I received the items within a few days. The glass tankards, engraving and presentation boxes are exquisite and I would have expected to pay considerably more for such excellent work. I can’t recommend Ballantynes enough.”

“This is the second time I have used Ballantynes and the service and product remain excellent. I reached out to the team to discuss my order before placing it and they were quick to engage and very helpful. Once my order was placed they re-engaged to confirm the intricacies of the engraving on my order (a decanter set engraved on 3 sides) and turned my order around in 24hrs. I have now received the decanter and I am very happy with it, as I am sure the future recipient will be when he receives his great leaving gift.”
