“The sculpture is excellent however when I took it out of the package several areas of pain/lacqour fell away from parts of the bag pipes. It was only a couple of millimeters in two areas but that was disappointing I have been able to get this remedied so there is no cause for further intervention but I thought you should be made aware.”

“Had problems placing the order on android phone initially but was rectified with a telephone conversation. We visited your site to uplift the hipflask and because of poor/no signage had difficulty locating the building. Other than above issues, overall an excellent purchasing experience. “Great work, I sent my design idea at around five in the evening, by lunchtime the following day I got an email with the draft design. It was perfect. Three days later it arrived, intact ready to be gifted, there was no receipts or paperwork inside the wine box. So can be left sealed. Great for a leaving present from the team”

“Great product, easy to order and arrived very promptly. Would definitely order another for any future leaving presents. Was a little disappointed it didn’t come in any sort of presentation box, that might have been my fault as I may have missed the option to pay extra and include one. Beautiful item so would of looked awesome in even a simple presentation box of some sort. Packaging it can in was very well packed with plenty of protection though around item. Thanks”

“Ordered as a gift. Statue arrived damaged, Ballantynes were quick to send a replacement out and arrange collection of the damaged statue. All in all fairly happy with my experience. All I will say is the muzzle of the weapon is very fragile and bends out of place easily. This was the damage to the original order and also happened to the replacement. I was able to gently bend the muzzle back into place, but still less than ideal. Great customer service.”

“Nice item, totally identifiable with the figure it was trying to portray. Good size, good price, just a shame the plaque was missing. Will definitely be buying more of these statuettes for the members of my platoon. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company to my colleagues.”
