“I ordered the Royal Marines Green Beret, Commando dagger and old style drill boots on a round plinth with polished brass plaque for my brother's 80th birthday. As a Bootneck of 23 years, he was happier than a double rum ration! The product was of exceptional quality and delivered promptly and safely. First time I've used Balantynes - won't be the last@”

“I chose to buy this engraved bottle of champagne from Ballantynes of Walkerburn primarily because it is a Scottish Company and I was buying it as a gift for my sister in law, who lives in Scotland. The price of the champagne was very competitive and the cost of the engraving was absorbed in the price. I cannot commend too highly the excellent service that I received from the staff at Ballantynes. I was kept apprised of the process from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by the email that I received requesting that I check that I was satisfied with how the finished bottle would look, and asking if I was still satisfied with the lettering that I initially requested. The bottle was dispatched within the time promised and actually arrived on the day of my sister in law's 70th Birthday. She was delighted and for me her pleasure at receiving the gift was the next best thing to being in Scotland to share her birthday. I shall certainly be shopping with Ballantynes in future. Thank you to all who provided this excellent service.”
