“First time ordering from here, I ordered a bottle of alcohol for a 60th birthday with engraving on , the customer service was outstanding. I was sent a template to make sure it was to my liking, and then had emails to inform me when despatch and delivery was. I couldn’t fault a thing. One of the best purchase experiences I’ve ever had. Other companies need to ‘take a leaf out of their book’. Superb company and will definitely buy from them again”
