“We found a figurine by BoW in a gift shop. Not wanting to carry such a large box in our baggage, we logged onto the website to find the figurine there. Instead of the figurine we came looking for, we found the hand-painted Scottish piper! The piper is exquisite in every detail! He now sits prominently on our mantle as a reminder of our 17 days in Scotland. We could not be more pleased with the quality and detain from the fine folks at Ballantynes! Beautiful piece shipped very quickly!”

“This is my second order that I have done with Ballantynes. The communication with the company is first class, they are very responsive to emails keeping you up to date throughout the process. The company delivers an excellent product. I had a deadline to have the order delivered by and they met it with plenty of time to spare. I would deffinately reccommend buying from them if they have a product that suits your needs.”

“I recently ordered an engraved bottle of Bushmills 10 Year Single Malt from Ballantynes, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The engraving was beautifully done, elegant, precise, exactly as I had ordered and made the bottle truly special. I have ordered numerous times previously and the professionalism of service I receive is always gold standard! The service from start to finish was superb,friendly and professional. To top it off, delivery was incredibly fast and everything arrived extremelly securely packaged. Ballantynes have absolutely nailed the art of great engraving and great customer care. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be ordering again!”

“The sculpture was amazing, the detail was out of this world. the delivery was just as perfect, it was well packaged and so well protected and if that was not enough it arrived before the stated time. Secondly our Grandson was over the moon with the sculpture especially as it was a complete surprise to him because we had not informed him about it.
