“Ballantynes responds quckly to an error I made in the address of the recipient of a beautful engraved bottle of Bollinger champaigne. They swiftly adjusted the address and delivered to my son for his 50th birthday on time. Hugely appreciated the personalised reply and support from James and others. I will definitely return to Ballantynes for special gifts like this. Thank you!”

“Ordered a beautiful cut glass port decanter as a gift for my brother. They engraved it beautifully and my brother was delighted with it. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived well packed , safe and sound on the Wednesday from Scotland to the Isle of Wight! Highly recommend! Thank you do much!”
