“We found a figurine by BoW in a gift shop. Not wanting to carry such a large box in our baggage, we logged onto the website to find the figurine there. Instead of the figurine we came looking for, we found the hand-painted Scottish piper! The piper is exquisite in every detail! He now sits prominently on our mantle as a reminder of our 17 days in Scotland. We could not be more pleased with the quality and detain from the fine folks at Ballantynes! Beautiful piece shipped very quickly!”

The engraving was beautifully done, elegant, precise, exactly as I had ordered and made the bottle truly special. I have ordered numerous times previously and the professionalism of service I receive is always gold standard! The service from start to finish was superb,friendly and professional. “The sculpture was amazing, the detail was out of this world. the delivery was just as perfect, it was well packaged and so well protected and if that was not enough it arrived before the stated time.
