Ordered a phone holder. It never came, phoned up and was informed it would be a further 3-4 weeks. Without calling I’d never have known. Will not use again. If I get the order in January when they said, I’ll upgrade the review to a 2 star.

Thank you for your review. Whilst we aim to deliver all special order items within the provided lead time, on this occasion we appreciate this has taken a little longer than expected. I'm a little unsure as to why you have been informed leadtime is a further 3-4 weeks as your order was dispatched via Royal Mail on 20th December, an e-mail has been sent to you containing the parcel details. My apologies for the delay and for any inconvience this may have caused.

Based in Ireland I always try to order online from European websites, and avoid UK sites since Brexit. I was unable to find an EU source so placed my order with your site. As expected, I had a card from An Post notifying me that I owed duty and tax on my purchase, which I paid that day. Delivery took a further two days. I'm sure you offer an efficient service within the UK, but it would help your non-UK customers if you offered an EU-based website for the products.

Thank you for your review. The charges incured are for collection of VAT in the destination county. You will note on our website that all product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, at checkout when entering your delivery address details and in selecting Ireland as the country of delivery, the website re-calculates the product costs to EX VAT pricing, a notice is shown to advise you that your prices have been re-calculate EX VAT and that VAT will be collected in the destination county. Your order was shipped via Royal Mail on 14th Setpember. Looking at the tracking, Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 15th and the 16th September, your parcel is currently being held by your local delivery office awaiting collection or re-delivery instruction. Ordered an item. After a 10-day wait (expected) I received the wrong item and am now waiting another 10 days. Hope the packers can red and they get it right this time.

Hi, After online payment, there's no email notification/update for the purchased item. Need to regularly email to ask for an invoice, when the item shipped, what's the tracking number,...etc. When it arrived, due to an incomplete address, items can't be sent to my home. I have to go down to the nearest post office to pick it up.

Ordered clip for my car, too small, was advised I needed the bigger version, also no good. Was told someone would phone to advise, they didn't, just an email telling me I needed the smaller version! I queried this and never received a reply. So I've had to return two clips at my own cost, plus I won't get the £10 postage they charged refunded to me. What a waste of time and money.

The live stocks shown against all products on the website indicates when an item is a special order product and states a leadtime of 7-10 working days, my apolagies if you didnt see this when placing your order. Brodit is a two part solution, a vehicle specific mounting Proclip and a device specific holder, the two items then form a perfect solution for individual requirments, it isnt designed to work via magnets. Ordered a ford ka phone holder , only half the bracket turned up I’ve emailed twice now and had nothing back . It’s been over a week now and I’m no further forward

Phone holder was no use , my phone fitted as long as I took the protective case off which is pointless

Brodit offer a range of holders for both naked devices and ajustable holders specifically manufactured for devices fitted into a protective case. All options are available to view when selecting a device make/model to allow selection based on requirements. There was no indication on the website that we needed a phone holder for the Brodit to work. We also thought the positioning on our Honda Jazz would not be easily visible to the driver. Waste of effort and expensive to send back

As a supplier to Ireland & after paying £20 shipping on a £17 item, I was extremely disappointed to then be charged for Duty & Fees. Why is this not included in the shipping or original pricing? Would not recommend at all.

Unfortunately your product has still not been delivered so can't really express any opinion on this new product. All my other Brodit adapters have been simple to fit and great quality. So until your courier delivers it I have no opinion other than your new couriers are not very good.

Looking at your parcel tracking number I belive that your parcel has now been received. Got a proclip for my Ford focus st line just will not however clip into the bottom of the trim vent not a problem now the clip is broken trying to put in car I told them it’s the wrong clip for my model of focus however not interested so now wasted money over it just need a diff type to fit

Awful, I plugged in all the details of the car and phone and spent £20 (inc postage)on the right new holder for my mum - only for it to arrive and for me to realise it’s only a half of the puzzle. No idea how to get the other bit, and now have spent £20 and haven’t even got a complete system to hold the phone!
