“This is my second purchase of Brodit holder for another car. Ordering was simple and the items arrived earlier than predicted which was great and was fitted in about 5 mins. Will use again.”

“purchased item being informed 7-10 working days for delivery which i consider to be excessive however now 20 days later still not received thr item. have purchased several brodit products over the years, basic but functional items, no complaints but very dissatisfied with this delivery situation”

“The bracket supplied for a year 23 Ford Transit dos not fit. I am a professional fitter so there is no mistake on my part. Rather than the trouble of returning the product I have secured it to the top of the dash with a self tapping screw.Very disappointing.”

“The GOOD 4 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY The customer service was pretty prompt and answered my queries fast. The quality of the items was fantastic. THE BAD 2 STARS FOR THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT I would have given a higher final rating if not for the fact someone messed up my delivery address. It caused me a lot of stress as I only found out last minute and that the items were marked return to sender. In the end I had to figure out who the local courier was and had to go down personally to collect when I had actually paid for delivery. This was a very big inconvenience.”

“Items took over 2 weeks to arrive. Phone holder bracket is of not particularly good quality and fits poorly within vehicle leaving the usb lead trailing accross the infotainment screen. Disappointed following several years of use of one of the older brackets and phone holders”

“Great product, certainly the best car phone holder I have ever encountered. Extremely well fixed, without screwing holes in dash or completely blocking an air vent. What is particularly impressive is the fixing comes in two parts, one bespoke to your vehicle and the other bespoke to not only your phone but also the width and thickness of your phone case. Undoubtedly I will upgrade my iPhone in the future when it will simply be a case of unscrewing the phone cradle from the vehicle fitting and replacing the cradle with one specified for the new phone. Made from quality materials and fixings, and a nicely stiffened ball joint allows the phone to be adjusted to your desired position and stay there. I added an Amazon stiff braided power cable and 12v to USB-C charger, pinned the cable with a clip to provide an unobtrusive power supply. The Brodit system is both great quality and great value. Recommended.”

“This part is exactly what I needed to upgrade my MX-5. It fits perfectly and without drama, seems to be rigid and, with a bit of DIY modification, it's perfect. The only downside was the delivery time. As it's a Special Order item it was around two weeks, but I knew that before I ordered. It wasn't cheap at £20 for a bit of plastic, but it's probably worth it for the integrated look.”
