“Great service and product from Babel/Brodit as always. I had a small issue this time unusually having used them several times in the past but a quick email was all that was required and my issue was swiftly resolved.”

“It is basically a waste of money - the bracket itself is useless without a compatible phone holder. I tried to find a combination for a popular Kia car model - no luck. When I found a holder I liked and provided my car model, it offered me the wrong model of the bracket, which I only discovered on delivery. And then the punchline - apparently, you can't return it for a replacement because of barely visible signs of screws once applied to the bracket (which they never warned about beforehand, of course). I ended up just using a universal vent mount that came - for free - with the holder. Don't bother wasting £20 on a piece of useless plastic, it's worthless.”

“I had tried a few phone holders before I chanced upon the Brodit. All proved unsatisfactory in one way or another. The Brodit was immediately a perfect fit, strong and secure. It just works for my Volvo XC40.”

“I've used these for 10+years and never had a car i couldnt fit one to. My mini confused me a bit, then I realised I had the brodit clip upside down, went in easy after that. I didn't even have a proper screwdriver, so I just used a cheap multi tool with a small screwdriver that was in my boot, realy is easy to fit.”

“Air Vent Mount for my car was required. Made contact with Customer Service to confirm item available; they very quickly responded to my email and included link to item. This was quick & easy to order. Item arrived in a couple of days. Opened packet to find one of taps was broken off; damaged in transit? Contacted Customer Service who again responded in a couple of hours. They informed me a replacement part was being posted that day. Part received next day, in good condition. Excellent customer service - all communication was friendly and efficient. Thanks”
