“No contact on delivery or where its coming from poor service ,slow delivery and no magnets to mount phone on”

Thank you for taking the time to review your order. The live stocks shown against all products on the website indicates when an item is a special order product and states a leadtime of 7-10 working days, my apolagies if you didnt see this when placing your order. Brodit is a two part solution, a vehicle specific mounting Proclip and a device specific holder, the two items then form a perfect solution for individual requirments, it isnt designed to work via magnets. “Ordered a ford ka phone holder , only half the bracket turned up I’ve emailed twice now and had nothing back . It’s been over a week now and I’m no further forward”

“Phone holder was no use , my phone fitted as long as I took the protective case off which is pointless”

Brodit offer a range of holders for both naked devices and ajustable holders specifically manufactured for devices fitted into a protective case. All options are available to view when selecting a device make/model to allow selection based on requirements. Your order was shipped via Royal Mail on 9th May. Looking at the tracking, Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 10th and the 11th May, your parcel is currently being held by your local delivery office awaiting collection or re-delivery instruction. I have e-mailed you the Royal Mail tracking link where you will be able to arrange a convenient re-delivery date or to collect your parcel from the local delivery office. “There was no indication on the website that we needed a phone holder for the Brodit to work. We also thought the positioning on our Honda Jazz would not be easily visible to the driver. Waste of effort and expensive to send back”

“As a supplier to Ireland & after paying £20 shipping on a £17 item, I was extremely disappointed to then be charged for Duty & Fees. Why is this not included in the shipping or original pricing? Would not recommend at all.”

“Unfortunately your product has still not been delivered so can't really express any opinion on this new product. All my other Brodit adapters have been simple to fit and great quality. So until your courier delivers it I have no opinion other than your new couriers are not very good.”

Looking at your parcel tracking number I belive that your parcel has now been received. “Got a proclip for my Ford focus st line just will not however clip into the bottom of the trim vent not a problem now the clip is broken trying to put in car I told them it’s the wrong clip for my model of focus however not interested so now wasted money over it just need a diff type to fit”

“Awful, I plugged in all the details of the car and phone and spent £20 (inc postage)on the right new holder for my mum - only for it to arrive and for me to realise it’s only a half of the puzzle. No idea how to get the other bit, and now have spent £20 and haven’t even got a complete system to hold the phone!”

“I've used the Brodit phone holders in several different cars with no problems. This one is of the usual high standard but I don't think the price is acceptable. Apart from the price the delivery was considerably longer than quoted. It was only after I contacted Babot Ltd did they inform me that it would be another month before delivery. A good product spoilt by poor communication and service”

“Purchased a vehicle specific mount for an Audi R8 2014. On fitting, it was not correct for the car and ended up damaging the trim. Raised a complaint, I was told the part was incorrect for the vehicle, when I referenced the damage, I was told by the director that the part was correct and that I had fitted it incorrectly. As an engineer, I took a video of my installation and sent it to their 'expert technicians' for review. They gave me a full refund, but ignored my request to pay for the damage. Babol/Brodit is of very poor quality, and will possibly damage your car, I recommend that you avoid at all costs. See attached video of poor fitting, and attached photos of damage, part with part number and the dashboard of my car.”

“While the product came and was good. When I followed the instructions it broke the dash. Contacted Babol and they stated the dash must have been broken before fitting, which it wasn’t. I have fitted three of these before with no problem and Babol customer service would do nothing. Not happy with a company I praised for being good. Poor customer service.”
