“These devices are very good but the instructions are poor. Had to find a different video to see how to fit properly. If you improve your instructions, the review woukd be 5 star!”

“I rarely write reviews but felt this important for others considering purchasing. Very helpful customer service. Answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. One criticism of the product - there are no instructions for the universal holder. Very confusing as there are nuts & bolts plus screws for fixing the holder plate to the mount and no reassurance about making holes in the plastic. I did find a YouTube video and Babol confirmed that for my version I only needed screws. But instructions would have been extremely helpful! Also, when fitting the holder to the plate, it drops down into slots - it fell off a couple of times before I realised that you have to pull it down with quite a lot of force until you hear a click. Then it's stable. There are also 2 little swivel feet at the bottom of the holder - They're not obvious, but they need to be opened out for the phone to sit on. All this info should be on an instruction sheet! The mount seems to be very secure on my central fan - it doesn't block the fan and the fan can still be fully adjusted. So much better than anything I've tried before - very well designed, a perfect fit and good quality. The phone holder is universal and works for my phone and my husband's. The parts are sold separately, so fitting in a different car will only require a new mount. So far very happy with my purchase.”

“I found Babol Ltd very helpful when I contacted them, as I was trying to find the compatible product I needed for a few hire vehicles that we hold. This was needed to hold a scanner/navigation device in the vehicle without damaging the interior of the vehicle with fixings. So far it seems successful and very sturdy, and also the fact it can be removed easily is great. Would definitely recommend getting more if needed.”

“I purchased the proclip for BMW E82 to fit centre console, and samsung s23 ultra bracket. Both pieces are well made. The Proclip fits beautifully over the side of the centre console, and sticky pads provided weren't needed. The phone bracket fits the phone like a glove, albeit I have to remove the case each time. However, the only way the phone could be loaded past the dashboard, was to fit the phone bracket on the Proclip at an angle. This required some drilling of the Proclip with only 3 screws possible. Now fitted it works ok, but care must be taken not to damage the dashboard when loading the phone. A riser between the two would have helped, or I see there is an extender plate available that may have helped. In summary a super bit of kit, holding the phone really well, and far better than a universal phone holder I tried before.”

“The clip works well and attached to the console with no problems The phone holder is supplied with four screws to attach to the clip which has a flat mount with with no holes. Easy enough to drill 3 of them but to keep the mounting central the fourth hole fouls the support. Why are the holes not pre-drilled? Then the phone holder itself is a very loose fit on the mount and is easily knoked off. I had to wedge it in place with some 'sticky fixers'. Not ideal.”

“I was a bit "miffed" that Brodit did not have a mount to fit my S10 FE so I had to make do with a adjustable one the one I picked was just the job forunately over the years I have had quite a few choices pass through here, any way this one "511849 Passive holder with tilt swivel" is a dam good fit a lot better than the "adjustable one I had some years ago to fit a also ran Chinese tablet. Anyway all sorted and hopefully it will out last me (I am 76 in a few weeks)”

“The in car phone holder has made it a lot easier to just get in the car and go. I’ve not given it a 5* as it does not allow the phones to be moved into a different position as it does not quite face me. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the product is of good quality.”

“I have been using Brodit products since the early 2000’s and the accuracy and quality of them is still as good as ever. Easy to fit and easy to remove with no damage to the car. Only slight gripe is the made to order model they run now, they don’t seem to carry any stock and just make stuff after its ordered. Maybe carrying 1 of each in stock would help?”

“Have always used Brodit Phone holders and ordered the 721376 model for new iPhone 16 Pro. This works fine but disappointing that it doesnt come supplied with a USB C - USB A adapter in place of a cig-plug adapter. Non wireless AppleCarplay vehicles wont connect via the cig-plug - they use a dedicated USB port that is commonly USB A.
