Hi,
After online payment, there's no email notification/update for the purchased item. Need to regularly email to ask for an invoice, when the item shipped, what's the tracking number,...etc. When it arrived, due to an incomplete address, items can't be sent to my home. I have to go down to the nearest post office to pick it up.
