“Phone holder iPhone 13 max is not fixable because with the cover, it can't be used it is too small a group. Without out cover cannot be fixed to used can't be made bigger or smaller. Before was can be made a bit bigger by scrow to use”

“Delivery took a couple weeks and clip broke as soon as I tried to fit it- bought the vw-up clip for the window area but the phone holder arm snapped off with very little pressure so have to try something else now. Only put 3 stars as I have bought loads from them before and all have been brilliant but this one wasn’t so good. Doesn’t help that you have to be heavy handed to put it in and I was a little too heavy handed 🫣”

“Totally love Babol and love my in car phone charger. I have used Babol across different cars and different phones over the few years. However I'm only giving a 3/5 as there is no way of just replacing the magsafe wireless charger, as you can on the German website, I've had to buy the carrier as well. The connector for the magsafe wireless charger can easy get damaged if crushed, which is what happened to mine.”

“Ordered 3 times eventually arrived (2) went to wrong address. Only required one but got billed for 2 and 2 arrived. NOT the standard of service from previous orders thatch have places”

“Great idea and design of product - phone holder and pro-clip. Unfortunately however the finish on the products let them down. My pro-clip has very rough/sharp edges and the phone holders measurements seemed to be inaccurate meaning I had to return one phone holder (that turned out to be too small) at MY cost and then order the next size up (paying for delivery). The other thong to note is that the iPhone holders with built in clip for lightning lead will only accept Apple charger cables which are notoriously fragile and less favourable to the more common and robust braided cables.”

“I am sure it will be brilliant but, while attempting to install it, I managed to separate the swivel ball parts and now I can’t fix it together again. The photos in the instruction sheet are a bit blurred and don’t cover this, and the installation videos I found on YouTube don’t help either. I really hope I will find someone who can mend it and set it up for me. I have a right-hand-drive side pillar bracket and the phone holder.”

“I didn't realise at the time of purchase that the phone specific phone holder would only fit the phone without a phone cover. If this was highlighted more at the time of purchase I would have bought the adjustable holder. Due to custom charges and cost of posting from Ireland to the Uk, returning the item doesn't seem economical, so I'm left looking at trying to find an alternative.”

“The product is awesome, item received without issues (10/10). Communication could have been significantly better/more timely (2/5), shipping notification issued only weeks after the initial purchase was completed (3/5). All of this being said, I still would do business with the company.”

“brought phone holder for i phone 14 plus to go in my skoda karoq…you have to put the actual holder together yourself (fiddly but not hard) the actual clip tha goes in the car is tight but does not take a lot of force to come off (again adequate)…overall little bit over priced for what it iis.”

“Ordered an item non-stock so was obliged to wait for delivery, which was within stated timescales so no problem. What IS a problem is that the holder I ordered does not charge my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, as it claims it will. As there seems to be several issues surrounding the charging of this phone, I don't believe I'm the first to report this. Perhaps you should state on your website that charging a Galaxy S23 Ultra is not possible via the USB C port, to avoid others suffering the disappointment I have.”
