Sorry your item was not available immediately, anything we have to specially order from Brodit in Sweden does have a lead time of 7-10 working days and we try to communicate this on each product. “Absolutely stupid product. Bought the passive phone mount for the Galaxy S7 edge. Was told that it attaches to a Proclip mount which I purchased as well. Instructions for phone mount show absolutely no way to attach it to the clip.”

Hi Jonathan, Brodit only supply the screws with each holder and not with the ProClip mount. As you only needed the ProClip on this occasion you would not have been sent any. If you still need please get in touch on 01905 677555 and we can send you some! Regards, Customer Services
