“My Jaguar X type Sovereign was the last one made and purchased in 2009. In January this year whilst parked empty in a car park with a small incline. A driver lost control of her car whilst executing a right hand turn hit the car park parked next to mine which was pushed into my lower offside rear. Having now written off two cars, her insurers AXA have spent the last 5 months wanting to write off mine and drive it off in to the sunset for £3800.00. I have refused their offer and fInally thanks to Auto Reserve Ltd and K&K Kars Body work repair specialists it has been fully restored to its original condition. Auto Reserve Ltd were brilliant no fuss, instant cordial response and the parts were delivered within 48 hours. Old fashioned quality service for which I am extremely grateful- many thanks.
