“Hi Andy We fitted this to the customers car ,but seems very loud ,customer was and is very unhappy with the unit did try calling you with no luck no one picking up the phone . Tony Marshalls services .”

“Terrible service, ordered a power steering pump and when had received the pump was so clearly faulty with over 1/2" of movement on the pulley. Claim to test all parts, not true, a simple 1 min inspection would of seen that part is faulty. Please do not claim things are not true, that you actually test of can be bothered to see that parts are fit to be dispatched to customers waisting there time and money on faulty parts. My order number was Order # 000125743, in case you wonder if this genuine criticism of your service.”

“Buongiorno, in riferimento all'ordine Shipment #000111204 for Order #000118142 - CK210005113GB sono arrivate solo le due pinze dei freni ma non il X-TYPE WINDSCREEN WASHER BONNET JET inoltre per ritirare il pacco ho dovuto ulteriormente pagare € 26 euro che non erano state preventivate nel vostro preventivo Spero solo che almeno le pinze installate dal meccanico non mi creano problemi Comunque grazie”

Hi Daniel, We are sorry that the item cost of just over £2 was very expensive. We are not aware of anywhere else that supplies these at a lower price than us, but if we can ever source them for a lower price ourselves then we will ofcourse pass this saving on to our customers. Regarding the postage, we do offer a lower price delivery service also but I can see you opted for the faster, recorded service at £2.75 to receive the goods quicker. “Sadly gave all information needed regarding replacement 'door window switch', regarding car, reg, age etc but 'switch' received' was not suitable for car when garage tried to fit. Not a happy chappie! Alan Sutherland”

Hi Alan, This order was placed on our website so we were unable to personally advise you on the part required. We have checked the security photo of you order immediately before dispatch and it is the exact correct part ordered. The switch you ordered was specifically the Jaguar X-Type Drivers Door Window Switchpack WITH Rear Electric Window option but WITHOUT Powerfold Mirror option. Can you let me know which type you required so that we can help you with getting the correct one? I.e is it a different model (not X-Type) or does it have different options fitted? We have tried calling you on Friday from our number 01158 372707 but could not reach you. “goods arrived in good time,but were not suitable for a 2009 x type jaguar 2.2ds estate. the wheel centre decals were too small and rattling when driving.”
