“Good service from Auto Reserve spoiled by the French postal system sending the parcel to goodness knows where in France, certainly not my address and then having to reroute it to the correct address taking more than two weeks after the parcel arrived in France and was cleared by French customs.
Happens all the time here. Just glad it finally arrived as there have been occasions where it disapeared without trace.”
“I bought a part to be shipped to Saudi arabia -> paid the price and the shipping -> expected to have the part shipped to my house -> they shiped it to customs in Saudi arabia and then I got contacted by customs to pay more than the part cost and to pay shipping inside KSA if i need it shipped. Worse than that when I contacted autoreservejaguar, they said yes this is what in our terms and conditions and refused to refund. HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR SEE IF POSSIBLE PAY ON DELIVERY”
We would like to address this slightly misleading review.
Firstly, we would like to thank all our other thousands of international customers who recognise that if they buy goods from outside their sovereign country, it may be necessary to pay a tax to their Customs office when the goods are imported.
Our buyer here did not understand that all goods must process through Customs when entering their country, and believed that we had addressed the parcel to Saudi Arabia Customs instead of their own address.
The buyer then contacted us to say that they refuse to pay the import tax charge, to which we replied that we would be able to refund them the cost of the goods when the item is returned to sender but the delivery charge would not be recoverable due to the parcel having been refused.
While attempting to help the buyer and directing to read our simple terms and conditions, the buyer retorted "you can say whatever you want in your terms and conditions" - after which we understood that we would not be able to help the buyer to understand how the purchasing and delivery system works.

“Terrible service, ordered a power steering pump and when had received the pump was so clearly faulty with over 1/2" of movement on the pulley.
Claim to test all parts, not true, a simple 1 min inspection would of seen that part is faulty.
Please do not claim things are not true, that you actually test of can be bothered to see that parts are fit to be dispatched to customers waisting there time and money on faulty parts.

We are sorry that the item cost of just over £2 was very expensive. We are not aware of anywhere else that supplies these at a lower price than us, but if we can ever source them for a lower price ourselves then we will ofcourse pass this saving on to our customers.
Regarding the postage, we do offer a lower price delivery service also but I can see you opted for the faster, recorded service at £2.75 to receive the goods quicker.

This order was placed on our website so we were unable to personally advise you on the part required. We have checked the security photo of you order immediately before dispatch and it is the exact correct part ordered.
The switch you ordered was specifically the Jaguar X-Type Drivers Door Window Switchpack WITH Rear Electric Window option but WITHOUT Powerfold Mirror option. Can you let me know which type you required so that we can help you with getting the correct one? I.e is it a different model (not X-Type) or does it have different options fitted?
