“Right from the first contact, my local Jaguar Dealer recommended them, I was impressed with their friendly, caring and knowledgeable service. The part was despatched on a next day delivery but didn't arrive due to an error on the delivery company's side. They bent over backwards to resolve it and it was handed to me by the Manager of the local deliveries depot the following morning with a call from Auto Reserve checking all okay shortly after. The part was not right (our fault) and the right one was ordered and despatched and arrived the next day. I sent back the original one and the refund was swiftly made. Totally excellent service. Will use them again and have already recommended them to other older Jaguar models owners.”

“The refurbished Upper wishbone was delivered very promptly to my chosen garage and it proved to be a really good quality refurb. It fitted perfectly. II lost the invoice, but after a promptly answered phonecard, a copy arrived by email as we spoke. Great product and excellent service.”
