“Very good except for the final stage of delivery. This I’m afraid let the company down through no fault of its own. UPS’s communications are terrible, keeping you I’ll informed as to when the parcel will be delivered. Even when they do advise as to a date they miss it with no explanation. Finally despite pre requesting a signature on delivery they in fact ignored this and threw the parcel over the gate. How it didn’t smash I don’t know. Katheryn in customer service was very attentive and helpful indeed.”
