“Prompt despatch of the part ordered. Very well packed. Competitively priced. Part is on my car and working well. Will look at Auto Reserve if I need parts in the future. Consideting whats going on with JLR at the moment, I'm glad I found Auto Reserve”

“Very good description of parts. I really appreciate the small tips about the compatibility of the part, or version: i.e. this is the latter type, this will fit this VIN, etc. However, I inquired about the O ring coming with the FPR (which I did not know if was included) and got no answer.”

“I received the part and it has been fitted Unfortunately although I was liked for a heated mirror , it didn’t have the connectors for the heating . Still happy as I need the mirror urgently and now I’m road safe !”

“The product ordered is as advertised and the shipment was quick and seamless. Conversely one of items was slightly cracked which could have occurred at any point of the shipment process.
