“Very pleased indeed. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, and I got the parts I needed at a very reasonable price. They were despatched quickly and arrived well in time to fit them. All round good experience.”

“Fantastic service from andy and his colleagues. In addition to a number of recently purchased parts last august i purchased a part which proved faulty. There was no quibble other thanb being asked for the dimensions of the packaging in order they could send me a returns label. i never got around to it but raised the matter during my recent round of purchases. I explained that it was my fault that i had not got round to measuring the packaging and that I didn't really expect (six months later) that they would still be able to assist with a full refund but I was advised that as a result of my own approach they would be more inclined to honour a full refund! Magnificent straightforward biunch of people whom I cannot recommend highly enough. Clive JEC member.”
