“I've used Auto Reserve twice now and on both occasions, they were very helpful on the phone. The parts ordered were correct and were delivered very quickly and were well packed. “The freight company, Parcel Force, downgraded my Air Freight Express to Standard. After a week the parcel was still in the UK, not Australia. I lodged a query and Andy at Auto Reserve Ltd promptly traced the parcel to Birmingham and directed the freight company to immediately reinstate the freight to express where it arrived at my PO Box in a few days. “I recently purchased this 6 disc changer and the cartridge for my XJ40 3.2 Sport and couldn't be happier with these items as they were as described and work perfectly. The prompt despatch, excellent packaging and speedy delivery to Queensland Australia is very much appreciated. However, a further enquiry by email was not responded to which is a bit disappointing.”
