“Experienced some difficulty with the new part engaging on the existing catch mechanism. Required a slight modification. Apart from thtit was satisfactory”

“Ordening was a bit diffecult, but in a second time I understand the order came trough. Then it toke 2 to 3 weeks before I reseved the REMOTE for my Jaguar. At first the remote did not gave a sending signal, but after putting in the right battery, it was ok. With the installation Manuel on internet, the finally connection with the Car was ok within less than 2 minutes. So in spite of taking a longer time to get the remote, I am satisfite now. “Unfortunately a small piece had broken off during transit. Ive managed to glue it together and am hoping that it will be ok to fit. Mechanic is looking at it next week.”

“Quick delivery. Unfortunately, the control module I ordered had condensation inside it and the points had started to corrode. Didn’t use the module in the end, just took components from it and transferred to my existing faulty module.”

“Delivery perfectly on time of correct part, at a let's-say reasonable price of 250 or-so £. Quite a satisfaction. Big disappointment though when it came to Customs tariff of 84€!!!! a huge 34%. If i had know i would have ordered within EU...”

“Auto Reserve : A reliable source of Jaguar Spares, but not always the cheapest. Despite being tested and under warranty...the parts were at the high end of spares pricing....and would benifet from being properly cleaned before display and dispatch to customer...as in my experience, items purchased were filthy and showing signs of corrosion...as you would expect. Not the best advert.....but sometimes we have no choice..”

“Nice product, but since they still have not registered their business in VOEC, it means that alle orders to Norway get an added VAT process charge of 15 £. So orders get an extra charge to the customer that coub have been avoided. Therefor a lower rating.”

“I received my part from Auto Reserve without incident. it was what I ordered so have no issues with the service. However when I fitted the part (a rear parking unit) the fault remained. I bought from Auto Reserve as they state all parts are tested, I don't think they would make this claim if it wasn't true so can only assume my fault is elsewhere. I have too many other jobs (not car related) to spend any more time on this fault for the time being. I didn't send the part back because I have no way of knowing whether the part is faulty. When I find out whether the fault was elsewhere or with this unit I will decide whether to use Auto Reserve again.”

“I am located in germany and the delivery succeeded within a week. Unfortunately the sunblinds were not really well packed so the threads of one sunblind scratched the other sunblind. Now I have to paint the scratched item but I don’t think it's going to look as good as they were advertised.”
