I received my part from Auto Reserve without incident. it was what I ordered so have no issues with the service. However when I fitted the part (a rear parking unit) the fault remained. I bought from Auto Reserve as they state all parts are tested, I don't think they would make this claim if it wasn't true so can only assume my fault is elsewhere. I have too many other jobs (not car related) to spend any more time on this fault for the time being. I didn't send the part back because I have no way of knowing whether the part is faulty. When I find out whether the fault was elsewhere or with this unit I will decide whether to use Auto Reserve again.

I am located in germany and the delivery succeeded within a week. Unfortunately the sunblinds were not really well packed so the threads of one sunblind scratched the other sunblind. Now I have to paint the scratched item but I don’t think it's going to look as good as they were advertised.

Have had a lot of stuff from this company always helpfull and parts arrive promptly. On this occasion though Had to order this for the second time as the first one only lasted a few days then leaked

all right, the piece, even if it's not the right one, went perfectly in its place. Of course now that England is no longer in Europe I bought the piece for 8 euros and I spent 8 euros on customs... Hm

Hi it was rather difficult to receive this part because the Post need to pay for custom and i have to pay before receiving 8 € but it does not work so, i have to pay in the post office today 12€! I write an answer in the post office of LA BAULE. Best regards JY LE DU

Hi, I will Beginn with the fact that they they are are not an exact fit, when you pop them in they are a bit loose and rattle, to compensate I had to to line the insides with some plastiline so that they wouldn't rattle, before I did this I tried to bend the tentacles to give it a tighter fit, but as they are made of a poor quality plastic that has no give so one of them broke, that's why I'm giving a free star review.

Part arrived, looks good although i have fitted it, i haven't driven on it yet. Disappointed with the communication (or lack of) - I had a query regarding the part, so used the 'contact us' section on your website, tried twice no reply. Saw that you had an email address so tried that, no reply. Tried ringing but just got a message saying 'system was full'. I got the answer i wanted from the powerflex website in the end, but would of been good if you could of replied in the first instance.

Hi Michael, We are sorry for the difficulty. We do not have a voicemail service on our system for out of hours calls, so we will check with our telecoms provider as to what happened there. Upon checking we can see there is an email that has gone to our junk folder because it included an attachment on 21st October. The email was titled "XK8 Rear subframe bush MJA2595A" and was inadvertently mistaken for one of the thousands of marketing emails we receive from suppliers in China asking us to stock their products and use this format of title. We did not seem to receive any completed contact forms from your name though. We sometimes take up to 12 hours to answer these during busy periods but would never have ignored. Again, we will look into this as we would not like to think that our customers could not reach us. Kind regards, Andy Auto Reserve Customer Service

I have had great communication with Andy, Mark and Dan but have been totally frustrated with my two attempts to purchase an XK8 passenger airbag cover as neither of the ones I wanted could be found even though I paid for them. Having said that, in view of these failures, they discounted the already reduced seat cover and it was nowhere near as bad as I was led to believe and I have fitted and refurbished it. Really enjoyed my conversations and am awaiting news of the arrival of another cover.

I have started to repair a 99 XKR for months, and I have already ordered some parts that are damaged in this car. Everything has been delivered without any problem except for one glass mirror purchased some months ago. I was very disappointed with the part I received. The mirror was full of scratches. I do not live in the UK and for me it's not easy to send it back since the UK is not part of the EU. I do not understand how Autoreserve could send the part without previous quality control. I'll try to polish the glass to solve the problem.

I purchased 4 back-light bulbs T 4 type fitted 2 only 1 worked, stripped out again replaced faulty bulb that bulb was also faulty finally got 2 out of 4 working. 2 days later one packed up so back where I started. I should have just got new bulbs not second hand.

Hi Graham, We are sorry that you have had trouble. These bulbs are used but each and every one is individually checked by us prior to dispatch - you will see a mark of paint on the base of every bulb supplied that indicates our staff have tested that it illuminates. It is the first time we have had a problem reported in many hundreds sold, so it may be possible that either they have been knocked in transit or the copper contact surface on the PCB of your heater panel needs a little rubbing to ensure good contact? We are happy to send you a full set of replacement bulbs but if you could just check the contact surface first we would be very grateful indeed. Thank you, Andy Auto Reserve Customer Service

The item was sent quickly, however it turned up broken. There was a small hole in the side of the box caused by one of the mounting screws being forced through it. Although the mounting screw was not broken part of the plastic structure was. I did not ask for a replacement item due to time constraints, and that I managed to repair it. Products I have received previously have been delivered fast and of good quality.

Hi The shipping and quality of part was good, but got the wrong OEM number.. I ordered LJA1970AB and got LJA1970AC.

Overall, packing is not satisfactory. The package cannot stand the weight of the pump module. The ABS pump and module is not working. Fortunately, I bought extra module as spare part. So I can replace it here in Hong Kong. The casing of the steering wheel radio control was broken. The quality of the key ring tag is not satisfactory.
