“Thank you for site. I couldn't find these parts new, anywhere in the States. I saw a posting on Jaguar Forum and decided to try and see if they had it. They had the parts in stock and took PayPal. The process was easy and I had my brand-new parts through customs and at my door in less than 2 weeks. (Customs takes a couple of days) The price was very acceptable and the fit was perfect. I'm looking forward to purchasing more parts from Auto Reserve Ltd for my Jaguar XK”

“Always spot on whenever we need Jaguar bits. We usually can’t use breakers because of the time scales involved, being a very busy garage and we just can’t do with the hassle. However we know parts coming from Auto Reserve will be correct, good, and fast to arrive.”

“Terrible service, ordered a power steering pump and when had received the pump was so clearly faulty with over 1/2" of movement on the pulley. Claim to test all parts, not true, a simple 1 min inspection would of seen that part is faulty. Please do not claim things are not true, that you actually test of can be bothered to see that parts are fit to be dispatched to customers waisting there time and money on faulty parts. My order number was Order # 000125743, in case you wonder if this genuine criticism of your service.”

“I like dealing with the guys at Auto Reserve. In 2019, I bought a rare XJ8 V8 4.2 Sovereign LWB with tons of options on it. Some of the trim pieces are therefore rare and a few were broken or absent. I have now found all of the parts I needed via Auto Reserve Ltd. With one particular part, I'd had several discussions with them over what could be causing the issue. Two weeks later, I received a courtesy call to check whether the part had cured the fault. I was amazed at that level of customer service. I recommend them to anyone I meet who runs a late-model Jaguar.”

“I recently bought a brake module with abs and dsc and a rear reversing module and harness. As always with auto reserve the items were well packaged arrived when promised and are always as described. “Upon delivery, the item was discovered to have some damage. It was reported and arrangements were immediately made for the item to be returned at Autoreserve expense for repair. (A replacement item of comparable quality was not available). This was the first time that I have had a problem with an item from this company and I am pleased to report that the issue was resolved very quickly with excellent customer service.”
