“Excellent service can’t fault them needed a rear bumper beam to replace a towbar set up. I was called and informed they were breaking 3 cars so would let me know if a good one was available as they didn’t have one in stock. 8am next morning a call from customer services to say they had a good one. Great value & brilliant service a go to fo any Jag spares.”

“First time I used these as I seen some advertised part online. The process was simple and very easy to order. Delivery is as promised and quick. However, they was a mixup.. the first time I got sent the wrong side, the second time I got sent the wrong colour. I probably should give a 1 star you maybe thinking, but the each time I called them, they were very polite and had good customer service skills, they even refunded me the full amount and allowed me to keep the Bonnet Hinge (which u had to paint Black). The first one they sent a return label which I sent back. Would I come back... most definitely just because of they way they treat you with good manners and talk to you like a human.”
