“both marion and gary come across as nice people and a breath of fresh air. the marketing and detail of each item is first rate and leave you in no doubt as to what you are buying. so far it has been a pleasure doing business with them and the website is a go to if you are in the market for audio and offers a wide range of items. there are others out there but this takes some beating.”

“Gary at Audio Emotion was really helpful when I was enquiring about a couple of phono pre-amps and gave me some really useful information to help me make a decision. I live a long way from the store so I couldn't get there to listen to the amp, but he was able to accommodate me with a 14 day return on the amplifier so I could try it at home, and return it if it wasn't what I was looking for. The item arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and I'm enjoying listening to my albums through it. I'm really happy with everything. I'll certainly have Audio Emotion on my shortlist for any future purchases of hi-fi equipment.”

“I have the highest regard for Audio Emotion. A very supportive and customer-centred supplier of fine audio equipment. I am still using equipment first purchased from them a dozen or more years ago. The team is very approachable and helpful. I live in the south of England and am unlikely ever to visit them in person but happy to recommend them to anyone looking to start (or improve) a great-sounding audio setup. In my experience their continuing support policy is impeccable. If you are aiming high or already used to very high audio standards at home Audio Emotion is a supplier not to be missed.”

“This is the 2nd time I've used AE to purchase hifi gear, and once again the service and advice given was outstanding. Gordon was very help with advice and guidance and with no feeling of pressure you was expected to make a purchase, initially enquired about an extra arm lift for my ta2000 arm but ended up swapping out my cartridge completely, and that was a damn good move 😀”

“I purchased a pair of Quad 2912 from Gary at Audio Emotion who was very helpful, informative and profession. The speakers were to be shipped to Spain where Marion took over and made sure the shipping was seamless. I had a minor issue due to the shipping where Marion stayed on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of with flying colors. I highly recommend Audio Emotion and would definitely purchase more equipment from them.”
