“Bought Luxman d03x cd player ex demo, on greatly reduced price. It was delivered well packed on very next day. Can’t be more happy as cd is like new and on full warranty. I will skip poems how fantastic this cd sounds with my luxman amp and PMC speakers (it truly is). Just want to say thank you for great service from Gary ,and super quick delivery. Pawel”

“Everyone you buy from these days is chasing a review and normally I don't give any, but in the case of AE it would be just plain rude not to leave a (glowing) review. I came across them last year initially when I found them as a supplier of Eversolo gear. The first thing that surpised me when I dialled the number, they're in Scotland and although not on my doorstep, it means I can visit the store! For this kind of purchase that is a huge bonus, something we all used to take for granted but something a lot rarer in our online world. So to the review itself, a genuine 5 star in my opinion. I visited the new store last week and was taken aback by the stock, helpfulness of the staff, comfort of their listening room and their approach to how they sell some very high level kit. You will not go wrong with these guys, highly recommended. The only downside - you will come away with many purchase itches you'll want to scratch, my skin is bleeding :) Jim - Dumfriesshire”

“Audio Emotion provide a very customer-focused service. Fast dispatch of demo items, and a very relaxed and generous attitude to listening time, ensures that your final decision is the correct one for you. Gary was exceptional in addressing queries and tweaking components to arrive at a sound that I was ultimateky deligted with. Finally, the texcellent rtade-in figure on my existing amp made the new purchase possible. My first purchase from AE (Octave V80 SE amplifier). It won't be my last. Thanks, Gary.”

“I have bought several pieces of equipment from Audio Emotion and have alway been well looked after and given decent part exchange deals when required. Most recent purchase was an Eversolo Z8 DAC. It betters my Oppo udm 205 that I was using as a DAC and Universal disc spinner by a noticeable amount. Their new building is much bigger and better laid out than the old premisis in Leven. Better parking too!”

“Initially looking for just a turntable,zero pressure to buy really impressed me (along with a huge amount of vinyl for sale) however the sound produced by a display set up was so good I bought the table and speaker and WiiM amp Don't regret spending move than I had initially budgeted, worth every penny, thte staff were fantastic and very patient due to my complete lack of knowledge regarding Blue Tooth technology!! If I want to expand my system, I will have zero hesitation to return to Audio Emotion”

“Fantastic company to deal with, I originally bought a Pre-owned Violectric V202 from these guys, mint condition, arrived next day and very well packaged, 8 months later I purchased a Violectric V550 as an upgrade, I wasn't happy with one of the features on the amplifier and without question they arranged to send a courier to pick up the amplifier and issue a full refund, this is the type of service that keeps you coming back.”
