“Have used Audio Emotion on several occasions, each time an enjoyable experience. l feel AE offer a complete range of hi-fi equipment from entry level components to top of the range components, together with their pre-owned section which can offer a bargain & also offer the customer the opportunity to trade in their existing equipment against new stock. Keen to determine & understand the customers requirements, offer advice recommendations in a pressure-free environment. I will certainly use AE again in the future without doubt, knowledgeable offering a quality service second to none, highly recommended.”

“Having purchased various pieces of equipment over the years from Gary & Mark at Audio Emotion, I would suggest to anyone who is looking at great HiFi, go speak to them. Great advice and time spent auditioning hifi is a must. If you get the chance to go and see them, you won't be disappointed. On my latest hifi change around, I was unable to visit them. However, the advice I was given and knowledge imparted, made me go ahead with the latest gear change. Part exchange was also ideal for me, so again, all nice and easy. The entire team is helpful and the service is first class. With a lovely showroom and good auditioning facilities, super stock and good advice in an easy going atmosphere, I highly recommend them.”

“I have approached Audio Emotion first because of the brand name energy. Second because of their s/h choice of good products, actually I bought probably one of the best Analogue CD players ever made at half price. With A.E. manager Anderson I had probably more help that I could think for! I am not a wealthy person to buy expensive gear but as I like the best output in music with A.E. I have succeeded with their technical know-how. One example was a transformer converter I needed for a DAC of old! I have never seen such an amazing product before, these little details say a lot! In the world where digital is going out of control for old people like me A.E. seem to help a lot more to find a simple easier solution without getting mad with digital intelligence for good music. I do not like wireless network so streamer is not really my cup of tea, an old Tascam would do and A.E. will listen client's choice and suggest things to make the old work with the new in the best possible way.”

“In my latest quest to get more from my system I once again turned to Audio Emotion for guidance. As always AE has time to understand what one is trying to achieve and then aim to fulfil it. With a very acceptable part exchange deal and taking advice from Gary, I upgraded from an Isol-8 Vogue power conditioner to a PurePower 2000+ mains regenerator. This was to ensure that the mains being fed to my system did not rely on the sometimes alarming differences in 'quality' being fed from the National Grid with obvious detrimental effects on sound quality. What can I say about my latest investment but WOW??!! I have made some significant upgrades through AE in the past much to my delight and this latest one is absolute pure magic. I would recommend 100% both the PurePower unit AND the excellent service received unfailingly from the AE team. Now onto many more hours of music listening heaven! Audio Emotion - well done once more!! Thank you from Mr T.”

“Well, first of all it has to be said we are 'starved' up here in Scotland for 'quality' hi-fi audio retailers, whom are 'switched on' not just to the 'profit and loss' margins, but are genuinely a 'font' of sound, well informed and justifiably I would say, free from 'hyperbole' and invest heavily in 'plain speaking', accurate descriptions, and focus right in on YOUR needs, not the speculative, nor the imaginary! Enter stage left Mark & Gary at 'audioemotion'. I had my choice of equipment already chosen. My PROAC D-18's were suffering from 'neglect' through under powering, and I was not even hearing 20% of their capacity and performance potential. My choice was ATC equipment however, in the cold light of day, you need the help and assistance of the 'well informed' to confirm your choice, give you 'comfort' you are in the right area. Many audio magazines are wonderful at 'reviewing' and 'recommending' equipment, but they are impersonal, distant and to be honest great at informing, but awful at 'communicating'! That 'personal' touch is the key to these two 'aficionado's' success. Now, they have a facility (if you pass the credit check), to offer you six months interest free credit. Using this facility, I was able to 'afford' my dream amplification choice, not what I would have 'settled' on according to my financial constraints. Can you imagine the benefit that has given me. I have four months to go and it's back to 'audioemotion' with another hefty deposit, and a new CD player, then six months later I am investing in a turntable (vinyl is certainly back), to compliment what will be my dream system. All this accomplished in eighteen months, affording me the joy of owning a system way beyond my imagination. If you are anywhere in Scotland, please make it a 'day out' for yourself and visit Fife. Don't just settle on the 'average' or the 'local,' but rather take a bet on wise, considered advice that will place you in that 'safe zone' where you just know you are in safe hands, where the guidance and advice you receive is tailored exactly to your needs, and not just passing trade that receives a cheque and delivers your equipment without forethought and consideration. I ask you also to remember this. These guy's are competitive on price however, I know I could have bought my equipment at a little less from some unknown faceless company, light years removed from my needs, but would I feel reassured, trustful of their advice, and above all, completely at ease that I am more than a 'customer?' I am part of a 'family' of aficionados whom collectively are related to one another through our passion for achieving (as is near possible), sound that tap's into the 'emotion' and fires the joy of just listening to music that inspires, and indeed takes you to a 'higher level', leaving you breathless and bewildered! Want to belong to that 'family'? Don't look any further. Inhale this breath of fresh air that is 'audioemotion' and as a considered opinion to others of like mind, I have no hesitation in recommending these guy's to you. Please do not buy without first giving them a visit. Highly recommended.”

“Found Mark to be extremely helpful and reasonable in my purchase of an Auralic Aries, including the loan of an Aries Mini whilst I wait for Aries to come into stock. “Having done business with Mark before he and Gary founded Audio Emotion I knew him to be enthusiastic and knowledgeable. When I was in the market for a streaming type product I knew I could rely on good honest advice from him so sought him out at Audio Emotion. Response to my Enquiries was prompt and gave me confidence to proceed. Marion in the office was also a pleasure to deal with and my chosen product was delivered fuss-free and as promised. “Audio Emotion the one stop shop of HiFi: With excellent staff and knowledgeable individuals, but mostly genuine with it. But if like me, with the lack of Bill Gates pecuniary. The deal breaker will be of realistic pricing of new and used HiFi, with added warranty will always sway. Just give the company a call; you will be hooked on music? My purchases have always been 5 stars period. Now just deliver my used but mint condition martin Logan summit X free of charge? Best regards T.”

“I have dealt with Audio Emotion over a number of years now and because they offer a top class service I keep going back to them. What better recommendation? Gary in particular has helped me on a path of upgrading and has softened the financial blow many times in offering sensible trade in prices to then obtain better new or nearly new kit also at good prices. “Audio Emotion have been my HiFi dealers for a few years now, and, despite having numerous other dealers in the Manchester area, Gary and Audio Emotion have always been my 'go to' resource for anything Hifi related. My system has grown and developed immeasurably with Gary's help, I feel that he knows my system (as just about every part of it was bought from AE), and is always there with a recommendation or an idea. Purchasing without auditioning is all about trust, and there is no company I would rather trust with my system than AE. I suffer with Audiophile Nervosa, I am constantly wanting to improve/tweak different elements of my system, but Gary is always patient, honest, never pretentious and not afraid to let me know when I'm being too analytical. I have purchased new and used items and have always been very happy with the deals and prices offered, and if, on the rare occasion the item is not right for me, or there is a problem, The solution is always easily found. Overall, one of the best Hifi dealers in the UK. I would highly recommend Audio Emotion to anyone with a passion for Hifi.”

“It can be difficult to try out for oneself equipment that has been favourably reviewed in the Hi Fi press, especially if one is looking for something a little different from the norm (in this case a valve amplifier with a balanced input) and speakers that they could drive. I was after a system that suited the human voice but was even handed with the orchestra. At a price of course, and these days a budget of £6-7,00o could be considered 'mid-price'. Would a dealer laugh at me? So it was with some trepidation I phoned up Audio Emotion and explained my requirements. They were unfailingly polite, listened carefully, understood my needs and gave me what appeared to be a very good deal. I was somewhat nervous of buying components unseen and (more to the point) unheard, but I was assured that all could be sent back without quibble. The amplifier, speakers and suitable leads were delivered and assembled. The sound was indeed just what I had been looking for. Gary and his staff were pleased, and helpfully suggested accessories that would refine the sound further. By then I was trusting them, and purchases of a mains conditioner, mains leads and wobbly feet for the speakers and record deck followed. All without fuss and all well suited to my requirements if not bank balance. So I can recommend Audio Emotion without hesitation. Lovely telephone manner, sensible advice and good deals. The only drawback is that one might find one spending more of the grandchilren's inheritance than one bargained for!”
