“I have been dealing Audio Emotion for a number of years now and they always provide excellent advice and deals to match. I have purchased both new and used items and Gary & Mark always offer excellent trade in deals which makes upgrading a breeze. “This is a company that I have used repeatedly and always found them helpful, enthusiastic and positive people to deal with. Gary's enthusiasm and knowledge about all things 'HIFI' is both infectious and persuasive but most importantly, helpful. That said the Vertex and Leading Edge products sourced through AE don't need a lot of selling - they've all performed brilliantly in my system.”

“I have used Audio emotion on several occasions and have always experienced excellent customer service - something all too rare these days. One amplifier I purchased had a fault and I was loaned another whilst the repair was undertaken. Gary & Marion provide a brilliant service to hi-fi enthusiasts and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Audio Emotion.”

“A big thank you to both Mark and Gary for the great service and advice. A dealer that finally actually listens to what you want and matches it perfectly taking into account your listening style and budget. I travelled all the way from Hertfordshire to demo and it was so worth the journey. There was no pressure and we just sat there and enjoyed the music. I cannot recommend you guys enough!”

“Any question you have about hi-fi and, quite a few you don't, these people can answer everything. They take time to understand your requirements and the way you like to hear things sound and they tailor their suggestions to what you are trying to achieve, whether that is within a budget or the sky's the limit… They've never let me down. I live at the other end of the country and they are still my hi-fi dealer, excellent service and great people.”

“Audio Emotion, Mark, Gary, Marion and others, like old friends really, pity I have not found the time to pay you a visit in person, such a long way and I don't drive anymore, however you are seeking an opinion...I trust you, I rely on you for advice, and the process of making a purchase is usually simple and to the point, I have had one or two technical issues but not many and A/Emotion will always put it right, listening to music is something I really enjoy, and I am also interested in the equipment, I hope we will continue to do business and I look forward to getting my MB50 + ATCs in the near future, (near future? it is an innaccurate term yet people use it), B.Law.”
