“Fantastic service from a great team. This was a return to vinyl after an absence of a lot of years and Steven listened to my needs and made great suggestions. The set up of the showroom is great and I highly recommend anyone to go there (already told all my friends to visit). The choices and quality of products is second to none and I am delighted with my new HiFi system. Go see them. You won't be disappointed.”

“I ordered a set of 8 Audio Physic isolation feet for my floorstanding standing speakers, and considering the time of year, they arrived in good time. After they arrived I sent a query to them about these feet, and it was answered whithin 24 hours, in a succinct and clear manner. All round. a good service.”

“Over the past few years I've made a few purchases at AE.I have been very happy will all I've bought there.Fabulous quality stock at unbeatable prices (I do always check!).The pre/after sales service is outstanding.AE are easily contactable and they have always replied to my own emails or calls very quicky.I've found the staff to be very knowlegable.They've always been more than happy to answer any technical questions I've had, which is great, if, like me, you have pretty much zip technical knowhow. I have dealt mostly with Gordon, in sales, great guy.He's been absolutely fantastic and he does have a good sense of humur to boot! Though I live in England and AE are based in Scotland, I still prefer to buy my audio items there.I know I can trust them and there's no delay in dispatch or postal time.Everything I've ordered has arrived quickly and in very good shape.I would highly recommend AE to anyone; casual buyers, to more the serious high-spending audiophiles. All the staff I dealt with have been great.10/10.”

“Very expensive ltd edition IEM advertised as complete set delivered with nine OEM (albeit a nice one) cable. Returned and was initially told postage would be refuted from the refund. If wasn’t but I ha to pay the return postage to resolve an issue completely not of my making - poor IMO.”
