“I've bought both an amp and speakers from Audio emotion and I found the service there exellent.My orders came speedily (the next day!) and withought any hitches.The prices were always competative.The staff at AE are really helpful and ready to answer any technical questions you may have.Gordon, who I often delt with, was very knowlegable and, (excuse the pun!) he always gave me sound advice, helping me get the right matches for my system.The afterservice at AE is also great, nothing is too much trouble.I was always able to chat directly with staff by phone. You can definately shop with confidence here.Top marks!”

“My thanks to Gordon and the Audio Emotion team for supplying my Graham LS5/5 loudspeakers. They are a significant downsize on what went before and my wife is understandably delighted, without caring at all what they sound like! Gordon delivered them personally to my home in Edinburgh and assisted me with unboxing and setting them up, before driving back to Leven. Audio Emotion offered a fair trade-in allowance against my old loudspeakers which made this deal financially viable. Customer service was much better than I have experienced at competitor HiFi suppliers in Edinburgh. I did not feel under any pressure to buy and I will certainly return to Audio Emotion next time I am considering a HiFi purchase.”

“I recently purchased a brand new set of Sennheiser HD800S Headphones and liaised with Gary, Josue and Steve during the sales process. The whole team are just great to do business with and they have also been very supportive towards me in the past when I have needed after sales support. “Quick and uncomplicated way to delivery of gear that was complete and in good condition. Just a pity to pay heavy taxes now that Britain is out of the EU. A lingo is hardly available in the EU so this had to be my choice”

“Many thanks (again) to Gary and Marion; always helpful and give excellent advice. They also give excellent part-ex deals! I exchanged my Pro-ject DS2 and power box for a Trigon Vanguard III; I was sceptical but Gary was absolutely right: a truly wonderful phono pre-amp! Great sound stage, depth and detail. At least I won't need to upgrade, for a while, at least! Superb people to deal with. You will not be disappointed! ps they also arrange pick up and delivery for the same day!!!”
