“The only disappointment was that I found after the fact that the Disturbia tunic I bought was on sale on Disturbia's website, while full price on Attitude. I like the selection though, and shipping is reasonable for overseas.”

“Fantastic prompt delivery, notified of one-hour time slot in which the item would be delivered. However, there was no proper sizing information on the product description for the dress other than S, M, L, XL. I ordered the XL believing that this would roughly equate to a UK 16 but was disappointed to find that it was in fact more like a UK 12-14 and so did not fit very well and have had to return it.”

Thank you for sending in this review. You make a very fair point regarding the size guides which we are aware of. Unfortunately many manufacturers supply their products in the S,M,L etc size format, because a medium can equate to a 10 with one company and a 12 with another we do try and put as much information as we can. At the moment we accept the information often is not sufficient. We are attempting to work with our suppliers to offer better information on sizing and will be introducing improvements over the coming weeks and months.

“In general I am happy with work of shop and an item. But at execution of the order there was some confusion to the price of delivery. As a result sent not absolutely that which I ordered. Did not begin to return because distinctions minimum. I advise employees of service of sending orders to be more attentively or to coordinate with the buyer of change of an item.”

“I was satisfied with most of my items. I did write a complaint on two of my items and did not get an answer after I sent an email with photos of my faulty items. The prices are okey but some things should be looked at before being sent.”

Thank you for sending in your review and we are pleased that you were happy with most of your items. Of course we are disappointed that you were not happy with two of your items. We received an e-mail from you on the 19th October at 16.41 detailing your issues. We replied to this e-mail minutes later at 17.01. You had offered to send in photo's and our reply asked you to do this. Since then we have had no further communication from you. Our e-mail inbox is responded to 7 days a week we always reply as soon as we can the same day, or the next morning if the e-mails are sent in late. Our overriding aim is always to have a happy customer. We are now trying to get back in touch with you urgently in order to resolve these issues. Regarding your last comment we do not check the products before we send them out, it really is not possible as most items are boxed and bagged and it would be extremely time consuming. However we do work only with suppliers who have strict quality control systems in place. Unfortunately there will always be the odd product that gets through in less than 100% condition, when this situation arises we do all we can to put matter right. If a supplier keeps sending products to us that are not 100% we will not reorder from them.

“Could not return an item. Your Hassle free returns is not Hassle free like you think it is. When i asked for help on this matter, i got one email back, i followed the instructions i was given and sadly still no fix. It also said in your email that if i had any issues to email you again. Guess what i had more issues. I also emailed you back 3 more times after the event on 3 different days and got ignored. So i have given up. i don't plan on shopping with you again either if this is how your returns are done now. I have used your site for many years with no issues. But now you went and fixed something that was never broken in the first place. I remember the days when you just sent the returns labels with the items its amazing how simple that process was. So Congratulations! you just made something really easy and turned it into a really pain in the A**! Thanks.”

Hi Our returns system is usually hassle free, occasionally there are glitches but there is always a way around any problem. After checking our e-mail system we can only see two communications from you, both had exactly the same message and were received on the 14th of October at 11.20. A reply was made at 11.32 and since then we have received no more e-mails from you. Our e-mail inbox is monitored 7 days a week and the vast majority of e-mails are responded to swiftly. We are really sorry that you have not had a reply it is unfortunate that your e-mails did not get through.
