“I was a little dissapointed at first as I ordered a bikini and only the top part arrived. I called customer service and spoke to a lady called Nicky (if I remember correctly) and she was very kind and helpful and dealt with my issue quickly. She also offered to call me back to save me waiting on hold whilst she checked for stock which I was pleased about as most companies will keep you on hold for a while. I now have my full order and I love it. I would recommend the company to friends :) x”

“My wife likes gothic and steampunk fashion, though being a plus size she finds it hard to find clothing both fits well and is to the style she likes. I managed to find Attitude clothing online and found them to have a range that both fitted and suited my wife well, their delivery was quick and the clothing was as it appeared on screen.”

“Ordered 4 things, none of them looked like the pictures. They felt cheap and nasty but were in fact not at all cheap. The returns policy is not customer friendly (I don't know of any other online store that charges their customers £3 for returns and doesn't have an exchange - sending back and reordering is NOT an exchange!) so I will not be shopping here again. Ever.”

Hi Elizabeth, We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your recent purchases and you're welcome to return the items to us if you're not satisfied with the quality. Just to clarify, we don't charge you to return items - The pre-paid returns label we provide is an optional service which costs £3 should you choose to use it but is completely free of charge if you're returning goods for an exchange/store credit.
