Fantastic service! Bought a dress on the Thursday ready for Saturday, next day delivery was well priced and dress came on time, great quality, and had lots of compliments on it!! Will definitely be buying from attitude again!

First the good stuff! The site is easy to navigate, the prices are reasonable and the selection good. The items I had ordered came within the estimated time, they arrived unscathed and I recieved several emails from the moment I put in my order till the packet arrived. So overall it was a good experience and I will certainly be ordering from here again. However I do have a few minor complaints. First of; one of the emails I recieved had mistaken the currency on my order, now this was probably just a typing error as there was no problem with the reciept that arrived together with my order, but still it concerned me for a minute. Also the packaging was way too fragile: it was just a plastic bag with the items inside, and even though some were wrapped in bubblewrap they were all in there individualy, not the safest way to transport them. Also the plastic bag had small tears on it, luckily nothing to serious so my items were all unharmed. However I would be more comfortable had the items all been wrapped in bubblewrap individualy as well as all together. So I am not sure if I'll ever order something more fragile from the site. But overall I am pleased with my purchases and the service, so I will certainly use the site again.

Regarding your comments on the packaging I would like to reassure you that great efforts are made to ensure anything we send out will arrive in perfect condition. We have invested in a wide range of packaging materials to ensure any delicate items are protected during their journey. For instance we have had special boxes made up to protect the rings we sell, likewise for our range of Gasoline Glamour sunglasses. We also have a range of cardboard boxes which are used for orders that include delicate items such as drinks glasses and certain home items we sell. We also use bubble wrap, bubble envelopes, air pillows and packing foam as and when needed, so do not worry if you ever want to order something more fragile, we have the packaging to make sure it arrives in one piece! The bags we use for the majority of the orders are very strong and it is extremely rare for one to tear open before arriving, often the bag will arrive a little scuffed from its long journey but we have found they are more than fit for purpose and they help keep the cost of P&P reasonable.

This website does very interesting sales and all the items I bought arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I was a little worry about the sizes but the size guide on the site is good and at the end the shorts fit perfect on me. Thank you^^

Order was cancelled without notice, had 2 emails asking me to write a review... Only found out it was cancelled whine i logged into the website after a week wondering why it hadn't arrived yet.

Hi Sioned, I can see from our records that the item you ordered at 7.14pm on Friday 12th August was unavailable due to a stock error. Our customer service team emailed you on Monday 15th as soon as we became aware of the problem to ask whether you would like an alternative item, store credit or a full refund. I am still in shock at the utterly disgraceful customer service I have received from Attitude Clothing. I ordered a belt for £6.99 plus £2.99 postage. Unfortunately, the belt is too big for me and they do not provide another size. Upon requesting a return, I was informed that should I use the returns label provided I would be deducted £3.00 for the privilege. This would leave me only £0.99 up on something I paid a total of £9.98 for including the initial postage. I am absolutely stunned that a company would treat its customers this way. I was offered store credit but as they don't have the belt in my size this is not an acceptable resolution. Another alternative was not to use the returns label, which would still leave me with a loss as I would be paying again for postage at an unknown cost, and still not being refunded the cost of the initial postage. I feel absolutely backed into a corner which is a completely appalling way to treat customers. Not to mention the agent on the phone was not engaged and clearly not interested in helping the situation. I appreciate that they set out terms and conditions but that doesn't make them acceptable. To provide a 'refund' of £1.00 when a total of £9.98 was spent is disgusting.

Hi Laura, We're very sorry that you feel hard done by but our returns policy is clearly displayed on our website and can be viewed at any time prior to ordering. As explained over the phone, the pre-paid label is an optional service which we provide but this does carry a £3 charge when returning goods for a refund, and as such we recommend that you return the belt using a postal service of your choosing if this is not acceptable to you. We are more than happy to refund you in full for the belt (£6.99) but regret that we are unable to cover your return postage costs as well. Kind regards Aimee

Well I have reviewed my findings about this company as initially I was very upset that my genuine return was accepted but postage was deducted as deemed my fault. After many email exchanges my postage is to be refunded so I feel vindicated now. I should not have needed to spend so much time negotiating what should have been a simple full refund!
