“It made me so happy to see my shoes arrived in Bosnia, especially when my mother was super paranoid about that. The shoes were delivered safely, a bit later but they notified me when they have sent them.”

“In love with everything I ordered especially my new rock boots and pentagram garter. Super fast next day delivery too which was awesome. Love love this store and will buy from here again and for sure would recommend to any fellow alternatives.”

“Ordered a beautiful pair of demonia's, had to wait a couple of days for them to be stocked but the shoes were with me a couple of days after the restock day I was told :) excellent service and a super short waiting time”

“All the clothes were really good quality and really nice Gothic dresses. I am a new customer on this site as I don't usually risk buying online and having to return if I order the wrong size ( every clothing place seems to have different sizes for each number so often this is confusing as a buyer ).Items arrived very quickly and nicely packaged too with nice labels. I will definitely be back again soon and I am checking the site every other day for new stock now :-)”

“May be OK if you don't need to interact with them. Sent me an e-mail to say the item I ordered was out of stock, then ignored my replies asking when it was going to be back in stock. Also ignored my e-mail when I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. Sent the item the next day. My experience was that they have little respect for their customers. [Edit: after e-mail discussion with Aimee it appears that an e-mail problem prevented me from receiving their replies. It was incorrect for me to say that they ignored my replies. As for the item, it's good value for money. I couldn't rate this as a good shopping experience but I accept that the mixup could be due to things outside of their control and not a lack of respect for their customers.]”

Hi Steve, Unfortunately there appears to have been some issues with our email system... We had contacted you on 11th September to enquire whether you still required the item or whether you'd prefer refund instead.
