“The coat is beautiful, it's so soft and just stunning! However, I read reviews about the sizes so went up 2 sizes and it is still very form fitting...unfortunately, I can't do it up if i'm wearing a sweater so won't be able to wear it come the frigid Canadian winter!”

Really sorry to hear that you have had to return an item. We do our best to make sure the items are packaged properly but due to the nature of the postal system occasionally some items are received damaged. Once again I am sorry that you have had return an item.

“The delivery was not that good. It was only packed in a back so the boxes inside have been a little bit broken. Nothing to bad but not really good..”

Thank you for your review. With the majority of orders we send out bags are used as they are appropriate for the contents inside. Where delicate items are being sent we use the necessary protective packaging including Jiffy bags, bubble wrap, air pillows and cardboard boxes. Your order did not contain any items that needed extra protection and we trust that all items arrived intact. in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged we are happy to replace or refund that item.

“I ordered a dress and a choker necklace, both excellent quality even better than expected. The shipment was fast, three days to arrive in a desolated city in France. I am very satisfied with this shop and would not doubt buying in Attitude clothing again.”

Thank you for sending in your review, it is great to hear your order using our standard shipping option arrived so quickly, even to a remote part of France. We are currently trialling a new fully tracked shipping service to all non UK destinations, this service is used when the standard option is chosen.

“Not my first purchase with this company and always I go over the 50 quid mark for free delivery. Never had a free delivery as advertised, e-mailed the costumer service two times on two different purchases, didn't even get a reply back for any of them. Will start to shop directly for Killstar instead of using this company. As a costumer spending a good value on shopping here its really sad that you don't even reply to e-mails. Had better service from smaller companies this situation is not acceptable. Best regards, Vanessa Costa.”

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive a reply to your e-mails. We have a dedicated e-mail system as part of our e-commerce platform. All e-mails received are replied to at once by way of an automated response which basically confirms receipt of your enquiry. We then respond as soon as possible in person, 7 days a week. Most e-mails will be dealt with in person quickly, however some can only be dealt with during office hours, so may take a little longer if contacting us out of hours. Providing great customer service is a huge priority to us, as the majority of our reviews testify. We would never ignore a customer e-mail. Regarding your specific enquiry having checked your recent orders, although they were over the £50 threshold they did not meet the qualifying criteria for free postage. Footwear and sale items do not count towards the free postage threshold. Your orders included these items and therefore did not qualify.
