“All the clothes were really good quality and really nice Gothic dresses. I am a new customer on this site as I don't usually risk buying online and having to return if I order the wrong size ( every clothing place seems to have different sizes for each number so often this is confusing as a buyer ).Items arrived very quickly and nicely packaged too with nice labels. I will definitely be back again soon and I am checking the site every other day for new stock now :-)”

“May be OK if you don't need to interact with them. Sent me an e-mail to say the item I ordered was out of stock, then ignored my replies asking when it was going to be back in stock. Also ignored my e-mail when I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. Sent the item the next day. My experience was that they have little respect for their customers. [Edit: after e-mail discussion with Aimee it appears that an e-mail problem prevented me from receiving their replies. It was incorrect for me to say that they ignored my replies. As for the item, it's good value for money. I couldn't rate this as a good shopping experience but I accept that the mixup could be due to things outside of their control and not a lack of respect for their customers.]”

We had contacted you on 11th September to enquire whether you still required the item or whether you'd prefer refund instead. “Quick shipping to France, product conform to description, lots of choices good prices. Shipping packaging is just a plastic bag and doesn't look very solid (mine had a hole in it but it had no effect on the products ordered fortunately)”

“Sent an email regards to faults on an item in my delivery, got a lovely phone call about it, unfortunately due to the item no longer having my size (in clearance) I couldn't get them replaced but they did offer an alternative form of comp for the issue, which in my opinion is a big plus! Loved everything that arrived, they were pristine and fabulous. Quick delivery. A+++”

“The delivery on this product was very fast, I also had updates from the courier used at certain stages upon it's arrival. On receiving the product it looks exactly like it did on the website. Overall a very pretty design and quality is visible. Only criticism would be I'm not too keen on the lining material of the backpack, it has a cheap feel to it. Overall, I'm very pleased with it and shall be using it often, Thanks :)”
