“After a couple of weeks waiting for the Leather trousers to arrive - I was getting a bit apprehensive after reading some of the neg.reviews - however,the trousers arrived and are brilliant and fit just right ! I think specifying the postage as 3-5 days is a bit hopeful for an item like this ? Maybe just say how long postage is going to be for real ? Other than that great !!”

Thank you for the 5 star review, we are delighted to hear you are so happy with the trousers. The trousers are shipped direct from the leather factory and normally arrive very quickly. On this occasion there was a slight delay so we apologise for this. As we stock over 99% of our range in our own warehouse this situation is extremely rare.

We are sorry that you were not happy with this product. We can confirm the hat you ordered was the one that you received. Whilst these hats are very popular and returns very rare, it didn't match you expectations, we understand this is sometimes the case. That is what our return policy is there for and you have since sent the item back and we have refunded you fully for the item.

“Item was never sent, they didn’t reply to my numerous messages via Instagram, email and Twitter. Had to raise a dispute via PayPal which then made them finally refund me. Useless.”

“Returned an item using postage provided nearly 2 weeks ago. Item was tracked and has been received by seller but still haven't been refunded or had an email confirming they have received it. No reply to email I sent querying it.”

“Item arrived quickly, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the item. For the price the quality is below parr it’s cheap and not as it appears on the website. It’s also much darker in colour than pictured.”
