“Looks great, comfortable and warm. However the bottom edge is left raw. It's unhemmed and likely going to fray. Surprised by this because every other seam is perfect.”

“It's an amazing dress, so beautifully made. I love it. It's a bit tight for a 14 size. So if you are in doubt pick up a size bigger than your usual.”

“Loved the look and style in the photo but really disappointed with the sizing of the coat in reality. Ordered an XL and couldn't get my arms in the sleeves! Let my UK size 12 sister try it on and although she could button it, it didn't close properly, didn't sit right and the sleeves were way too long. The coat definitely didn't feel like it was for an XL.”

“was charged delivery of a coat had to send back size was meant to be small was at least a 22 as fitted me,,customer service was terrible.ordered over £100 worth didnt get my £10% first time customer discount,,,but messed around with that large pin coat telling me it was the right size,they obviously had a sizing issue ,,but to be charged for it..plus it was meant to be here for 18 birthday for son was late........ruined birthday found another shop similar stuff ordered coat fitted beautifully came quickly..i will never use this shop again ,took my money and am spending else wear,pity could of been so different...”

“Looks nothing like the picture. Longer fur. Thicker hair. And the white is not white, it's shiny silver so it looks extremely fake and tacky. Very very disappointed. Got it on sale but it's not worth even the sale price (let alone the full price!). Plus you need to pay for postage! Ridiculus. First and last time I'm ordering on this website.”
