“lovely jacket, but definitely needs to be worn a lot to wear it in. Length is a little too short, but I think that adds to the design. I like that there's no pattern on the back - will be adding a Mad Max design so I'm all shiny and chrome for Valhalla. Definitely a good buy.”

Thank you for your review, we have used the same leather supplier since we started 19 years ago, the deisgns may have changed but the quality remains the same. Like all leather products our jackets get better with age!

“Love the top! Very very small tho, even tho it's listed as an L. Good efficient delivery service. Was even text with a delivery window and the name of the driver!”

Thank you for sending in your review, glad you like the top, the sizing can vary on some tops. Our next day delivery service is via Interlink, who send out a text on the morning of delivery confirming a 1 hour slot- no more waiting in all day for your parcel to arrive!

Thank you for your review. Our shipping time to the United States is just 2 working days where the UPS option is selected and costs from just £5.99. The items you ordered are all from long term Attitude manufacturers and we are very happy with the quality and there are no known issues and you can expect them to last. If you are not happy with any item for any reason you may send it back and we will give you a full refund.

“When the shoes turned up (which where a present for my girlfriend) the strap on one of the shoes was broken. Since then we have had to email pictures of the fault, which is however it has now been a week (which I feel is reasonable amount of time to allow before writing a bad review) and, to date, we have had no feedback on the pictures nor have we received any further correspondence on when or even if for that matter the shoes will be replaced.”

We are very sorry that your shoes turned up with a fault. Because the shoes in question are sent out direct from the manufacturer the quickest way to deal with the matter is to send in a photo for us to forward to them. We received an email and the photos from you which we forwarded to the supplier straight away. We then e-mailed you immediately to let you know that we would be back in touch within 7 days as soon as we hear from the supplier. We received a reply back from your girlfriend on this day (11th Sept), so it is a surprise to us to get this review stating that you have received any further correspondence. The matter is in hand and we will be back in touch, as promised, as soon as we have a response from the supplier. Please be assured we are dealing with this as quickly as the suppliers procedure allows and you will get a replacement once the shoes are deemed faulty.

“Site easy to use, delivery was speedy. Only problem was the clothing purchased did not fit my daughter so had to return for a refund, unfortunately I did not know that refunds were not given on sale/clearance lines so had to accept a 'store credit', so not only had I lost money on carriage and return postage I couldn't look elsewhere for a similar item and had to pass the store credit to my daughter to choose something else. I'll stick to buying from sites I know will refund if required. SORRY THIS REVIEW WAS NOT MEANT FOR ATTITUDE CLOTHING BUT ANOTHER WEBSITE, PLEASE DO NOT POST, MY SINCERE APOLOGIES AS THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM YOURSELVES WAS FIRST CLASS AND THE ITEM PURCHASED WAS BRILLIANT VALUE AND TOTALLY WHAT MY DAUGHTER WANTED.”

“The incense smell very nice, the Death Mints are cool, but both of my Restyle items (Moon Phases Silver Necklace and silver Gazelle Skull ring) were both broken. The Gazelle was missing one horn and the bond between the "moon under the glass" and the "downwards crescent" had snapped. Yet, both of them were fixable, so I'm not sending them back. I advice careful attention to packaging and/or inspection on the items before sending them.”

We are currently awaiting a delivery of strong jewellery boxes as, although our current packaging ensures the vast majority of items arrive in perfect condition, we want to ensure every last one arrive 100% intact.

“I had been looking for this specific dress to wear to a upcoming wedding and Attitude Clothing was the only place that had one left in the size and colour I wanted. Also being on sale was an added bonus. My dress was shipped off incredibly quickly! I could track it from England to here in New Zealand and it arrived exactly when they predicted on the tracking that it would. Considering I live rurally that is quite impressive. Very happy with the service! Couldn't ask for better really. Am really happy with my purchase and will recommend Attitude Clothing to others.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the only way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted product for a refund and reorder the replacement. The advantage to this system is that it is quicker to get your replacement and because we offer FREE UK returns it does not cost any more.

“I got the restyle human skull bag, I am very happy with it although the cord toggle does not work well, this can be amended by simply tying the stings up loosely, not a big issue for me though”

“Very good quality clothing for the price Needs a proper sizing system for coats though, ordered an xxl and got what's probably a medium so had to return it”

Thanks for your review, there is no way a XXL should be anywhere near a medium, that is 3 sizes difference, so very sorry about that. We will make sure this is looked into. Most of our suppliers use a standard sizing system and it is rare for sizing to be too far out. Of course when something is not the right fit you can always return it using our FREE UK returns service.
