“Excellent. Just a shame you can not send items back for an exchange and you have to wait ages to get your money back before you can reorder the item you want.”

Thank you for posting this review, unfortunately our system does not allow for exchanges, however we do offer free UK returns and a free delivery option to make returning items as hassle free as possible. Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receipt, however we say allow longer as the returns postal service can take a few days and banks take 2-4 working days to process refunds back to your card.

“The service was good and my item arrived very quickly. The skirt, however, does not fit. I'm a size 14-16 and this usually translates to a large. I bought the XL and it is still too small. There were no sizing details on the website which I think is poor. I haven't returned the skirt because it fits my sister and she loves it. I'd buy another but I can't bring myself to order an XXL when I'm usually a size 14. Great service, but sizing information is vital when shopping online.”

“I love this site and have been a customer for many years. I think the products are great and very fairly priced - I especially love the sales and find the offers through the newsletter very enticing.
