“Very fast response: the ackowledgement of the order online came in seconds. Staff also responded to emails very fast. they were helpful and polite. The items arrived well packaged and protected. Good quality and faithful to descriptions. The only complaint I have is about the size of that the dress I bought: I don't know how can the large size be called as such since it won't fit anyone over size 12!”

“The click and collect system needs reviewing. I chose a retailer near me but apparently your delivery service couldnt get the GPS. This meant I didn't get next day delivery. That being said, I was contacted fairly quickly to arrange an alternative. However when the order came it was incomplete and I've since had a fault on one of the items. With all the faffing this has took I can't be bothered returning it. Sorry for a negative review but I've had two prompts for feedback.”

“Unfortunately the item I ordered was faultly and no longer available, but the way this was dealt with was really superb! Quick reaction from the ladies at Attitude, very correct and nice. I so wish there had been other trousers to my liking, but I have to say, you can be safe to order from here because Attitude Clothing understands customer service. Thanks a lot!”
