Preordered shoes that were arriving in stock on 4th December. The were finally dispatched on 11th December according to my account history. I have still not received them and my account showing there is still no tracking number.

I have a very disappointed daughter who will not have her new boots for Christmas. When I placed the order, I was told delivery would be 3-7 days. I have since been told (only because I queried where my order was) that no stock will be available til the end of January. Not great service unfortunately.

Website was not updated so I ended up ordering something out of stock. I was not even informed of this and only got a refund because I asked for the tracking number a week later.

hi, i ordered the “demo is swing 105 gothic wedge platform boots” on september 30th. When i ordered them that night it said the payment was RECEIVED. But i then check a few days later and it says my payment failed. I am upset with the situation because I payed for boots that I have yet to receive.

I ordered hair dye nearly a month ago & have not received my product. I have contacted thru Facebook & via email & just receive standard replies back. I just want a refund.

Never received my boots. They stated "in stock" and "delivery 3-5 working days". Got an email to say they will take 45 days. Decided on another pair which I got told was in stock, didn't get those either. Sent three emails, only one got responded to. Asked for a refund, still waiting to hear. Not going to bother again, very disappointed. Poor customer service. Definitely not recommended.

New Rock footwear is a drop ship item sent direct from the factory in Spain, unfortunately there was an issue with the style you ordered. We informed you immediately and have not had a reply back. Please contact our office by phone on Monday or we will call you as a search of our e-mail log shows only one e-mail from you, this was replied to shortly after we received it on the same day.

Your order was despatched immediately after receipt. If it has not arrived 2 weeks later you will find the best was to get help is by contacting our customer services, that is what they are there for.

I ordered a clock which arrived damaged trying to get a replacement but either takes ages to get a response or keep getting messed about 3 times they have said it will be sorted tomorrow every time nothing happens last 3 emails have been ignored customer service needs drastic improvement

Your e-mails have been replied to and you were clearly informed we are just waiting to hear back from the manufacturer, it takes a few days and the situation will be resolved.

Communication is poor, not very sympathetic to customers even though the order is almost a month late. Emails almost sound annoyed to have to answer customers. Won’t buy from here again :/
