“still have not received my order and it has been 3 weeks”

An e-mail was sent to you informing you of a delay and clearly stating the delivery date which is in October. As we have had no reply from you we have taken that to mean you are still wanting the boots, despite the delay. If for any reason you no longer want to wait you may contact us and we will process an immediate refund. These delays on certain footwear styles are out of our control and we always strive to keep our customers informed the best we can, we appreciate the delays are frutrating but you can be assured we are doing all we can to get orders shipped just a quickly as possible. This includes utilising the fastest possible air freight services to get the boots into our warehouse once they become available.

“I didn’t receive my order 2 weeks after placing it. When I tried to contact customer services regarding a refund I did not get any correspondence and had to escalate the refund to paypal. A refund which I have STILL not received a month later.”

“The item is good quality, but I ordered a size 8 and its is huge on the chest. It's like it was designed for a gal with size G cups!! I am going to adjust with darts to make it fit me better.”

“My order still hasn’t arrived after a month when delivery was supposed to be 3-7 days. When I contacted them, they said there’s low stock but didn’t indicate this before. Very disappointed.”

“Were are the shoes we ordered? We still have not got the shoes we ordered, it is over a month passed delivery date promised. Unless I hear from you with something about the shipment, or how long it is going to take to get the shoes, I will get the charge to my credit card reversed. It's to bad I had to let my grandaughter down!!! John Almond”

“The top I ordered is shorter than I expected so have had to tuck it into clothing to prevent it riding up. The car airfreshners haven't lasted long but they look cute. The backflow insence cones don't light properly, spent 20mins to light one which I'm not doing every time. So all in, I liked everything but it wasn't great.”

“All of my items came quickly and were packaged well. The only issue I have is the mask is a "one size fits all" and so is a bit big - but I'm finding this with all masks right now. All in all a good experince.”
