“Poor customer service. Back and forth for over a week over a ring because it was sent with the ring bent out of shape, the wings broken and scratches all over the heart. The only advice I was given was to use a pool cue to bend it back into shape and constantly ignoring the other problems with it. It’s honestly been a terrible experience and don’t ever plan on buying from here for me or my girlfriend ever again.”

“Shiny new Demonia's and a nice jumper - perfect! Well packaged and everything fitted well. Took 6 weeks for delivery but that is only because of Covid and lack of stock, nothing to do with the company, who kept me informed about my order. Will definitely order from them again”

“I ordered the boots since they were available on the website. THEN.....I got the dreaded out of stock notice and they arrived a couple of MONTHS later. :D We are glad we got them but not everyone has that amount of time or patience.”

“Cardigan took ages to arrive. Had to chase it up when it still hadn’t got to me after two weeks. Only to be told it hadn’t actually been dispatched (despite me receiving a dispatch note) due to glitch in the system. The order was put through again and arrived the next day. I probably would not order from here again.”

“i ordered a hair dye, it didn't work on my hair, out of curiosity I tried it on my daughters white blonde natural hair, again, nothing happened, I contacted them about this and they completely dismissed me all together. The hair dye was clearly faulty but they refused point blank to take any responsibility or offer any kind of exchange or money back or even money off. Poor customer service”

“Initially the wrong size of dress was sent but this was rectified quickly - I received the correct size within a week of returning the incorrect one. Love the item, looks good and the quality is great”
