“One star for Attitude Clothing is too much, unfortunately zero is not available. Product purchased was not available after all, no communication from Attitude, but needed a phone call to Customer Service to find out the situation. After that a message to Customer Service in order to return the money - no contact so far, after 3 weeks or so.”

“Needed to return the 2 items of clothing as they didn’t fit. I posted my parcel on the 15th of July with the prepaid label 2nd class. I have only just (7th September) been given a refund. This was only because I sent an email asking when I would roughly get it. I was issued a refund only a couple hours after I sent it so why had it taken so long to begin with? I understand with all that’s going on things will take longer but 2 months is a little bit ridiculous.”

“Even though this site has the biggest and best catalog for gothic/alternative home goods I'm having A LOT of trouble with this site. I am from the US and placed a huge order, totaling of about $350 (US DOLLARS) August 16th, and it is now September 7th, and I have been contacting customer service relentlessly, trying to get any response from them in order to give me an update on my order since no tracking number has been given.. anyways. If this gets anyone's attention at Attitude Clothing's customer service that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!”
