I have still haven’t received my order and I’m very upset. I can’t even contact the your company to get a status of my order but I do get a review. If it’s important that you get feedback than let me know when my status of my order will arrive. Very disappointed customer.

Disappointed :( emailed twice with no response. Two parts of the order were great, but the vase that came with it was chipped and the symbols poorly added. I have emailed the company twice for a refund but had no response.

Ordered a pair of boots for my goddaughter's birthday in late August. There was no indication on the site that they weren't immediately available. Received a confirmation of payment and that they would be on their way by early September. When the time came and the goddaughter asked me to check the tracking, I was suddenly told that the boots weren't in stock and no specific time was given of when they would become available. Pretty appalling service if you ask me. They still have my money and my goddaughter still has no boots.

We are very sorry if you feel let down by our service, the boots you ordered were a pre-order pair. We received an e-mail enquiry from you asking about delivery, our reply very clearly stated the due delivery date so you have been made aware of the time that they will be available. We ship all orders straight away from our warehouse with the exception of certain footwear which historically was always shipped within a matter of days. Due to supply chain issues related to the current Covid situation many styles are now on Pre order as there have been delays in both the manufacture and shipments on these products. We do aim to keep our customers as informed as possible and will always refund immediately upon request. As we have had no such request from you and no reply to our e-mail informing you of the delay, the order has remained in place and we will ship just as soon as the stock arrives.

We ordered on August 26 and were told we’d receive in 6-12 days—which we haven’t. I reached out to inquire with no response. Shop elsewhere!

I didn’t receive my order 2 weeks after placing it. When I tried to contact customer services regarding a refund I did not get any correspondence and had to escalate the refund to paypal. A refund which I have STILL not received a month later.

My order still hasn’t arrived after a month when delivery was supposed to be 3-7 days. When I contacted them, they said there’s low stock but didn’t indicate this before. Very disappointed.

Were are the shoes we ordered? We still have not got the shoes we ordered, it is over a month passed delivery date promised. Unless I hear from you with something about the shipment, or how long it is going to take to get the shoes, I will get the charge to my credit card reversed. It's to bad I had to let my grandaughter down!!! John Almond

One star for Attitude Clothing is too much, unfortunately zero is not available. Product purchased was not available after all, no communication from Attitude, but needed a phone call to Customer Service to find out the situation. After that a message to Customer Service in order to return the money - no contact so far, after 3 weeks or so.

It does not deserve not even one star. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order. I have sent the email, and no one got back to me. Don’t waste your money.

Poor customer service. Back and forth for over a week over a ring because it was sent with the ring bent out of shape, the wings broken and scratches all over the heart. The only advice I was given was to use a pool cue to bend it back into shape and constantly ignoring the other problems with it. It’s honestly been a terrible experience and don’t ever plan on buying from here for me or my girlfriend ever again.

i ordered a hair dye, it didn't work on my hair, out of curiosity I tried it on my daughters white blonde natural hair, again, nothing happened, I contacted them about this and they completely dismissed me all together. The hair dye was clearly faulty but they refused point blank to take any responsibility or offer any kind of exchange or money back or even money off. Poor customer service

Ended up not needing my order emailed less than 24 hours after ordering they wouldn’t cancel or refund, just send the order and then told me they can’t take it back.

Purchased purple hair colour for our daughter, didn’t work, neither did any of her friends who had also purchased it. poor customer service when I emailed regarding this also. Won’t be buying from here again.
