Loved the look and style in the photo but really disappointed with the sizing of the coat in reality. Ordered an XL and couldn't get my arms in the sleeves! Let my UK size 12 sister try it on and although she could button it, it didn't close properly, didn't sit right and the sleeves were way too long. The coat definitely didn't feel like it was for an XL.

was charged delivery of a coat had to send back size was meant to be small was at least a 22 as fitted me,,customer service was terrible.ordered over £100 worth didnt get my £10% first time customer discount,,,but messed around with that large pin coat telling me it was the right size,they obviously had a sizing issue ,,but to be charged for it..plus it was meant to be here for 18 birthday for son was late........ruined birthday found another shop similar stuff ordered coat fitted beautifully came quickly..i will never use this shop again ,took my money and am spending else wear,pity could of been so different...

When the shoes turned up (which where a present for my girlfriend) the strap on one of the shoes was broken. Since then we have had to email pictures of the fault, which is however it has now been a week (which I feel is reasonable amount of time to allow before writing a bad review) and, to date, we have had no feedback on the pictures nor have we received any further correspondence on when or even if for that matter the shoes will be replaced.

We are very sorry that your shoes turned up with a fault. Because the shoes in question are sent out direct from the manufacturer the quickest way to deal with the matter is to send in a photo for us to forward to them. We received an email and the photos from you which we forwarded to the supplier straight away. We then e-mailed you immediately to let you know that we would be back in touch within 7 days as soon as we hear from the supplier. We received a reply back from your girlfriend on this day (11th Sept), so it is a surprise to us to get this review stating that you have received any further correspondence. The matter is in hand and we will be back in touch, as promised, as soon as we have a response from the supplier. Please be assured we are dealing with this as quickly as the suppliers procedure allows and you will get a replacement once the shoes are deemed faulty.

The item never arrived its now the 11th and it was supposed to have been dispatched on the 1st july . Contacted customer service and advised to wait 15 days ... i said could you send a replacement or refund etc ... but i dont think the item is in stock anymore ... so fed up....poor customer service

I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. It was not next day. I got it 3 days later. Then when my product arrived it was horrendous and turned my hair green so no, I will never buy from this place again.

I ordered the silver hair dye, and I have bleach blonde hair so I was hoping it would stand out. But when I put the dye on and washed it out I had literally two strands of hair that had turned silver. It didn't work at all.

I ordered leather leggings from this site size s/m and when they arrived they were so small I could not pull them up my thighs and the seams on my calves looked as though they were going to rip. I normally wear size 8 leggings so I was very surprised that they didn't fit. The quality of the product was not great, they looked cheap and I am still waiting for a refund of the product despite sending them back nearly a month ago. Wouldn't recommend this website at all.

I placed an order for two items for Christmas and only received the first one!! This is the second time this has happened and both items not received have been paid for up front. You might want to look into this as until it has been resolved you will not be getting any further orders from me and certainly no recommendations!! Siobhan Hood Extremely dissatisfied

We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived, our customer service team will chase this up for you and find out what has caused this delay. Please accept our apologies, we send out hundreds of parcels a week and whilst the vast majority arrive within the timeframe advertised, occasionally delays will occur.

I have yet to receive the dress I ordered, despite paying for next day delivery. I have attempted to change the delivery day/track my parcel for when I shall be in, however I have been unable to do so on the Interlink website. Very disappointed with the service. I am sure the dress will be lovely, when it eventually arrives

Unfortunately we have not been made aware of this problem until this review. We received your order on the 28th Nov at 2.30pm. The order was packed and then collected by Interlink the same afternoon. All being well the packet would have been delivered the next working day as planned (less than 1% of parcels we send with Interlink are delayed) however it appears Interlink had problems finding your address. Whilst Interlink are very reliable occasionally a situation like this will occur, if we are made aware we can contact Interlink on your behalf to give them the information they need to get the delivery made. We are really sorry you have been let down on this occasion and will of course be refunding your delivery charge in full, as per our guarantee.
