Placed an order for a present for my wife. Order was accepted, following day I received an email to saw that theor had been an error and the price had doubled did I want to pay the extra. The customer service agent that I emailed then claimed they normally retailed @ £200 when they are widely available for 100-120 with other retailers. Asked to cancel the whole lot took them a week and and a PayPal dispute to get my money back. I've order from this firm for nearly 5 Years Christmas birthdays etc, never had a problem, however when it went wrong they got it spectacularly wrong. Their idea of smoothing it over was a 15 discount for their store. Will not use again

Hi John, As we’ve previously explained the shoes were advertised on our web store at an incorrect price due to a technical error, for which we are very sorry. The usual RRP for these shoes should indeed be £200 and had there been any way we could have honoured your order we would have done so. Whilst we admit that your refund was slightly delayed due to a clerical error (for which we apologise unreservedly), it was not necessary to instigate a Paypal dispute to get your money back as I am sure you realise from your prior dealings with us. We completely understand your disappointment and cannot apologise enough but should you change your mind, your goodwill discount code is valid until 29th September 2017. Not my first purchase with this company and always I go over the 50 quid mark for free delivery. Never had a free delivery as advertised, e-mailed the costumer service two times on two different purchases, didn't even get a reply back for any of them. Will start to shop directly for Killstar instead of using this company. As a costumer spending a good value on shopping here its really sad that you don't even reply to e-mails. We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive a reply to your e-mails. We have a dedicated e-mail system as part of our e-commerce platform. All e-mails received are replied to at once by way of an automated response which basically confirms receipt of your enquiry. We then respond as soon as possible in person, 7 days a week. Most e-mails will be dealt with in person quickly, however some can only be dealt with during office hours, so may take a little longer if contacting us out of hours. Providing great customer service is a huge priority to us, as the majority of our reviews testify. We would never ignore a customer e-mail. Regarding your specific enquiry having checked your recent orders, although they were over the £50 threshold they did not meet the qualifying criteria for free postage. Footwear and sale items do not count towards the free postage threshold. Your orders included these items and therefore did not qualify.

Ordered 4 things, none of them looked like the pictures. They felt cheap and nasty but were in fact not at all cheap. The returns policy is not customer friendly (I don't know of any other online store that charges their customers £3 for returns and doesn't have an exchange - sending back and reordering is NOT an exchange!) so I will not be shopping here again. Ever.

Hi Elizabeth, We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your recent purchases and you're welcome to return the items to us if you're not satisfied with the quality. Just to clarify, we don't charge you to return items - The pre-paid returns label we provide is an optional service which costs £3 should you choose to use it but is completely free of charge if you're returning goods for an exchange/store credit. Alternatively you can take the package to your local post office and use whichever service you'd prefer. Kind regards, Aimee

Order was cancelled without notice, had 2 emails asking me to write a review... Only found out it was cancelled whine i logged into the website after a week wondering why it hadn't arrived yet.

Our customer service team emailed you on Monday 15th as soon as we became aware of the problem to ask whether you would like an alternative item, store credit or a full refund. I am still in shock at the utterly disgraceful customer service I have received from Attitude Clothing. I ordered a belt for £6.99 plus £2.99 postage. Unfortunately, the belt is too big for me and they do not provide another size. Upon requesting a return, I was informed that should I use the returns label provided I would be deducted £3.00 for the privilege. This would leave me only £0.99 up on something I paid a total of £9.98 for including the initial postage. I am absolutely stunned that a company would treat its customers this way. I was offered store credit but as they don't have the belt in my size this is not an acceptable resolution. Another alternative was not to use the returns label, which would still leave me with a loss as I would be paying again for postage at an unknown cost, and still not being refunded the cost of the initial postage. I feel absolutely backed into a corner which is a completely appalling way to treat customers. Not to mention the agent on the phone was not engaged and clearly not interested in helping the situation. I appreciate that they set out terms and conditions but that doesn't make them acceptable. To provide a 'refund' of £1.00 when a total of £9.98 was spent is disgusting.

Hi Laura, We're very sorry that you feel hard done by but our returns policy is clearly displayed on our website and can be viewed at any time prior to ordering. As explained over the phone, the pre-paid label is an optional service which we provide but this does carry a £3 charge when returning goods for a refund, and as such we recommend that you return the belt using a postal service of your choosing if this is not acceptable to you. We are more than happy to refund you in full for the belt (£6.99) but regret that we are unable to cover your return postage costs as well. Kind regards Aimee

Hi Elisabetta, I've looked in to your order and I see that you opted for our European Standard Delivery service which takes 7-9 working days for delivery (as stated on our website). Offered me 10% off my first purchase with a code, the code only took 5% off. Free shipping with orders over £50, with a code, didn't work because the purchase code had already been used. Sent me an email 2 days later with an offer of 15% off everything. Terrible

Hi Emma, As per our terms & conditions, only one discount code can be used per order and the 10% off was applied as requested. Because this discount is not valid against sale items, the 10% could only be deducted from the full priced item you had ordered. Kind regards, Aimee

I’m really sorry to hear you have not yet received your order, please note it was despatched on 11th March and the standard delivery time-frame is 7-9 days. We do offer faster delivery options than the one chosen.

Loved the look and style in the photo but really disappointed with the sizing of the coat in reality. Ordered an XL and couldn't get my arms in the sleeves! Let my UK size 12 sister try it on and although she could button it, it didn't close properly, didn't sit right and the sleeves were way too long. The coat definitely didn't feel like it was for an XL.

was charged delivery of a coat had to send back size was meant to be small was at least a 22 as fitted me,,customer service was terrible.ordered over £100 worth didnt get my £10% first time customer discount,,,but messed around with that large pin coat telling me it was the right size,they obviously had a sizing issue ,,but to be charged for it..plus it was meant to be here for 18 birthday for son was late........ruined birthday found another shop similar stuff ordered coat fitted beautifully came quickly..i will never use this shop again ,took my money and am spending else wear,pity could of been so different...

When the shoes turned up (which where a present for my girlfriend) the strap on one of the shoes was broken. Since then we have had to email pictures of the fault, which is however it has now been a week (which I feel is reasonable amount of time to allow before writing a bad review) and, to date, we have had no feedback on the pictures nor have we received any further correspondence on when or even if for that matter the shoes will be replaced.

We are very sorry that your shoes turned up with a fault. Because the shoes in question are sent out direct from the manufacturer the quickest way to deal with the matter is to send in a photo for us to forward to them. We received an email and the photos from you which we forwarded to the supplier straight away. We then e-mailed you immediately to let you know that we would be back in touch within 7 days as soon as we hear from the supplier. We received a reply back from your girlfriend on this day (11th Sept), so it is a surprise to us to get this review stating that you have received any further correspondence. The matter is in hand and we will be back in touch, as promised, as soon as we have a response from the supplier. Please be assured we are dealing with this as quickly as the suppliers procedure allows and you will get a replacement once the shoes are deemed faulty.
