“What an absolute disgusting company! Very poor customer service, I am disgusted! I originally placed an order on 27th November from this company, I purchased some gifts to send to a friend. Through out the past 4 weeks I have been emailing this company to see where my parcel is. On 22nd December (3 days till Christmas) I get a response from Barry from Attitude clothing that my parcel, (in his own words) ‘seems to have just disappeared’ It’s been 4 bloody weeks since I’ve ordered and NOW you tell me that it’s ‘disappeared’ So why on earth have you not sent me a replacement? Sending me a refund with out me asking what I would prefer, what kind of service is this? Anyway, I’m still waiting for my refund to land into my account, I will be in contact with my bank and will also be making Trading Standards aware of this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Even understanding that covid has been affecting delivery times etc, my order arrived significantly later than the projected dates (which were already extended from usual) and I sent 3 emails to customer service requesting an update or some idea as to how long my order might take. Eventually arrived, but I would have rather paid the extra £2 per item to order via Amazon where the tracking is easy to understand and I can contact someone about issues.”

“Would not recommend at all. Never got a tracking number just an email saying thank you for your business and my order number. I asked for a size 10 and got an 11! I won’t return them because I am in the USA and I will have to ship them out if my pocket. I’ll just sell them on Poshmark . Never doing business again!”

“Preordered shoes that were arriving in stock on 4th December. The were finally dispatched on 11th December according to my account history. I have still not received them and my account showing there is still no tracking number.”

“I have a very disappointed daughter who will not have her new boots for Christmas. When I placed the order, I was told delivery would be 3-7 days. I have since been told (only because I queried where my order was) that no stock will be available til the end of January. Not great service unfortunately.”

“hi, i ordered the “demo is swing 105 gothic wedge platform boots” on september 30th. When i ordered them that night it said the payment was RECEIVED. But i then check a few days later and it says my payment failed. I am upset with the situation because I payed for boots that I have yet to receive.”

“Never received my boots. They stated "in stock" and "delivery 3-5 working days". Got an email to say they will take 45 days. Decided on another pair which I got told was in stock, didn't get those either. Sent three emails, only one got responded to. Asked for a refund, still waiting to hear. Not going to bother again, very disappointed. Poor customer service. Definitely not recommended.”

New Rock footwear is a drop ship item sent direct from the factory in Spain, unfortunately there was an issue with the style you ordered. We informed you immediately and have not had a reply back. Please contact our office by phone on Monday or we will call you as a search of our e-mail log shows only one e-mail from you, this was replied to shortly after we received it on the same day.
