“Have to say that my girlfriend was absolutely blown away with how beautiful and well made the necklace wa. The price was great, well made and such an eye catching piece as she wears it all the time. Site is easy to use, paid and quick delivery so I would recommend you to my friends and family.”

“I still didn't get my package after over 3 weeks from ordering. It looks like I will have to pay extra fees before I will be able to pick it up as well so it's probably the first and last time I order anything from Attitude Clothing. It simply makes no sense when I only ordered 2 items and the fee cost almost as much as my whole order.”

“I bought the Restyle Catacombs bag. I've always been impressed by the fact Attitude stocks brands from abroad (I'm based in UK). The delivery was swift.. HOWEVER! Only after 11 uses the bag strap broke mid-commute. So I did what I should do, I emailed Attitude Clothing with images of my recipet + the break. They responded within hours to say the image wasn't attached. Fair do! So I went ahead and sent again, Again they responded telling me they couldnt recieve the images as the image size is too large.. So they sent me a additional Email to try with.. Then began the radio silence. I haven't heard a single response. I've sent a fresh email everyday since, New Images attached, GDrive link with the images and also pasted into the email itself... I even sent a fresh support ticket. Still nothing. I'm starting to lose hope of anything to be done .. I haven't even owned the bag a month. Very disappointed so far. If they change their tune I'll update my review.”

“Meine Bestellung wurde nach drei Wochen immernoch nicht verschickt. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde ich leider nur vertröstet und erhielt keine konkrete Antwort auf meine Fragen. Es wurde sich auch nicht für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt oder erklärt woran es liegt, dass meine Artikel nicht versandt werden. Später hieß es dann, dass drei von vier Artikeln "bald" verschickt werden könnten aber der vierte Artikel (mir wurde nicht genannt welcher genau) irgendwann separat geliefert werden müsste. Ein absolutes NoGo, da dies Mehrkosten für mich als Kunden innerhalb der EU bedeuten würde, da ich pro Päckchen eine Auslagenpauschale (7,50€) an den Zusteller entrichten müsste. Habe mich letztlich an den Zahlungsdienstleister wenden müssen um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Insgesamt eine absolute Enttäuschung! Unprofessioneller geht's nicht. Nie wieder!”

“I found Attitude Clothing when I googled 'cat umbrella' and they had a design that I really liked. Checking their reviews, they were mixed - mainly around delivery times. I ordered anyway and my umbrella turned up within just a few days. I'm really pleased with it and the service I received.”

“Had an issue with Royal mail who were unwilling to rectify their mistake. After this i contacted Attitude clothing via email, I recieved a call the next morning for a better understanding to which Attitude clothing were more than helpful. Acting very quickly contacting Royal mail themselves and prompting Royal mail to rectify their mistake quickly. After 5 days of contacting Royal mail myself and getting nowhere, Attitude clothing had my parcel delivered within 24hrs of contact. Excellent customer service.”

“Unfortunately, after two and a half weeks of waiting for my order, I got an email saying my money was being refunded as they did not have my shoes in stock. After this I got one email explaining this. Communication was poor in letting me know that my order was unlikely to arrive.”
