“Unfortunately, after two and a half weeks of waiting for my order, I got an email saying my money was being refunded as they did not have my shoes in stock. After this I got one email explaining this. Communication was poor in letting me know that my order was unlikely to arrive.”

“Awful experience, I’d never shop here again despite previously valuing this brand. I bought an item and it was not as described and took approx 12 days from purchase to shipping. One item was unavailable and I wasn’t information until I chased it up. When I emailed about the item not matching the description the person I spoke to (assuming the owner) was rude, argumentative and unhelpful and denied any responsibility for the issue.”

“I am really thrilled with my purchases which arrived very quickly. My only complaint is that there was a photo on the product on the front of the delivery box. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she saw it when it was delivered. Maybe a aticker over the picture in future will prevent this happening to someone else”

“Worst ever customer service.... They didn't help at al! I ordered to Hungary , witch means I was need to pay Fót the international delivery cost, and also the hungaryan tax 27% and the hungaryan delivery fee aswell ! I should to buy from the original brand, would be cheaper!”

“I bought a biker jacket from Attitude Clothing. What I didn't know is that some items are made to order, jackets included, that's why the delivery took a bit longer than expected, and that is something to keep in mind. However, Barry from customer support was extremely understanding, supportive and kept me updated every step of the way until the jacket happily arrived. The garment itself was just as pictured, of exceptionally good quality, and all in all cost me less (even with import taxes) than if I ordered it from the manufacturer. Will definitely buy from Attitude again!”

“Didn't get a tracking link until the courier had already tried to deliver so despite paying for next day delivery, It was missed. This is not the first time this has happened. My partner has also noticed that some of the juniper green hair dye pots are not as thick and do not take to the hair so well.”
