“I love that Assots are a British business and the quality of the leather used is good, beautiful colour too but what I am disappointed about is how it was packaged for delivery, the bag was folded rather than stuffed and sent in a larger package, presumably to save shipping costs, this has left a permanent crease in the leather across the bag which I’d hoped would disappear over time - no such luck and this has ruined the appearance of the bag, it’s also cut at the top, rather than finished properly. Rather disappointed customer.”

“The bag is beautiful and great quality but the packaging was rather dissapointing. I thought for the cost of the bag, it would have been sent in slighlty more luxurious packaging, rather than flat in a clear plastic bag, with no protection and sent in a cheap plastic envelope.”
