“Assots’ have a good range of bags in different colours as well as the classics - I wanted a dark pink backpack and this was one of only two that I could find after hours of searching. The website was easy to use and to order from. Delivery was much quicker than expected. The bag was well-packed. I am really pleased with my purchase.”

“I had given you a 5 stars for this beautiful leather rucksack! After sending you an email 10 days ago, 4.1.2023 and a photo, I.m VERY disappointed as I haven't received any emails to solve this issue [1 of the straps has come off ] and I CANNOT use my bag!
