“The purses are well constructed with amazing use of space. However, of the 3 purses, 2 were off colour. The 2 grey purses were beige and brown. I’m very unimpressed! Given the hassle and expense of returning the bags from a foreign land (about 50% of the cost of the bags), I will dye them. The grey bags will have beige or brown zippers. It’s disappointing. At least they were on sale.”

I'm not too happy , this bag was one of my fiancee's gifts for her birthday over the weekend , first of all I paid for Express delivery 'it was slow getting to me' & also as you'll see from the photos , the bag itself is creased , looks like needs flattening out !! Also , my fiancee' went to let the strap down / out - noticed a split .... she's dissapointed as I am ! I'd like some kind of credit / compensation please ! “Thanks delivery was great. Product was good. A little smaller than I’d planned for. So was contemplating returning product- however the returns process is NOT made easy at all. And as a result I’ve decided to keep it. It will be used. Please make your returns process much easier. Ie issue a QR code - for evri / post office. A little annoying and I’ve marked down one star for this purpose.”

“Ordered jacket sizing wasn't right as I ordered xl which I thought would be ok for a 12. Very small fitting and quality is poor zips aren't to good. Atfer 7 emaols to return i decided to keep and sell myself as to return to China too expensive. To he honest I didn't realise it was a Chinese site with the name been London elegance. I definitely won't be buying off this site again.”
