“My other half was after a new shoulder/ handbag for Christmas. She gave me a very vague description of what exactly she wanted, and l literally had a few sleepless nights searching for "the right thing"! And the, the fog lifted and I found precisely what she was looking for on the Assots website....WITH a handy discount code! Hallelujah, it's a miracle....she absolutely adores it! “When my leather crossbody bag arrived, unfortunately it came with a leather strap (I purposely ordered one with a material strap). I rang Assots and explained and they immediately sent me the correct replacement bag which arrived within 2 days. I then returned the one already sent back to them. Assots refunded the postage cost I had incurred too. The bag is a Christmas present to me off my daughter so I haven't yet used it but it looked of really good quality when it arrived. I will update after it's officially mine after Xmas Day! Great customer service though for sure.”

“This bag is actually a Christmas gift for me from my husband which I chose as I'm very fussy about bags! I've only glimpsed at it so far but it looks perfect and a great size for wearing across the body. Some are just far too small. The leather quality seems great and ordering and delivery process was super efficient. This is my second order from you and our daughter loves the orange leather 'rucksack' bag she received last year for a special birthday. Highly recommended fir quality, design and efficiency.”
